An Empirical Study On Establishing Characteristic Schools In General High Schools

Today’s fast-developing society has put forward higher requirements for the modernization of education in our country,advocating diversified development paths for general high school education,thus promoting the diversification of school-running systems and expanding high-quality resources,we will promote the individualization and diversification of training models to meet the development needs of students with different potentials and encourage ordinary senior high schools to establish special schools.Based on the existing research theory,through the practical research on the establishment of art characteristic school in TS high school,an ordinary high school in this city,this paper makes a deep and detailed analysis on the status quo and existing problems of establishing characteristic schools in ordinary senior middle schools.Based on the research of Literature,questionnaire,interview and case analysis,this paper concludes that the construction of characteristic schools in ordinary high schools can be achieved through the creation of artistic characteristics as a breakthrough,improving the teaching quality of art education and connecting with college entrance examination.The important factor of the establishment of art characteristic school is the management mode and education,teaching and scientific research,and the management of art course is the key.Characteristic schools can make use of the long history of school development and rich cultural details,combine the effective use of peripheral resources to encourage the development of school characteristics,and attach importance to and improve the evaluation mechanism of education and teaching in schools,we should adopt various evaluation methods,use various evaluation means and tools,scientifically evaluate all kinds of education and teaching work of school,strengthen characteristic evaluation,and consolidate characteristic by evaluation.Therefore,the characteristic schools established by ordinary high schools should link up with the national college entrance examination,pay attention to scientific research,teaching and management,highlight the characteristics and bring social benefits into play,so as to enhance the comprehensive strength,highlight the characteristics and sustainable development of the schools.
