Abstract/Summary:
One of the main positions of the development of youth football is the campus,and its primary task is to cultivate youth competitive football talents,and the development of football programs and the training of high-level football competitive athletes depends on the overall quality of the coaches and their coaching ability.Panzhihua city is a multi-ethnic mixed place,and the campus football in ethnic areas can revitalize and develop the football cause,build the football culture with Chinese characteristics,and promote the all-round development of people as an important support.The sustainable development of campus football in ethnic areas should start from the foundation,attach importance to football teaching,strengthen football teachers,and innovate the development mode of campus football.The coaching ability of coaches affects the competitive level of individual athletes and the whole team.However,at this stage,the overall level of coaches in Panzhihua city still has great room for progress.Therefore,this study in mr.zhang campus football characteristic school football coaches as the research object,the questionnaire method,literature method,delphi method,mathematical statistics,expert interview research method,through the establishment of our city campus football characteristic school football coach coaching ability index system,coaches coach ability and promotion strategy,rich football coach coaching ability theory research.This is effective in carrying out the teaching and training of football coaches,and then help to promote the sound and rapid development of campus football in Panzhihua area.In the course of empirical research,two rounds of expert consultation will determine the determination of the basic information and self-evaluation;the conclusion is drawn as follows:1.The index system of Panzhihua football coaches consists of one first-level index and seven second-level indicators: professional knowledge,professional quality,teaching ability,training ability,learning ability,competition command ability,and management and training team ability.Three-level index post responsibility and sense of mission,selection and application of training methods,training load arrangement and regulation of 32.2.Coach status of Panzhihua Campus Football Characteristic School:The age group is mostly between 35 and 49,accounting for 58% and most of them are no sports level coaches professional background,educational level coaches are mostly college and bachelor’s degree and intermediate title account for 57.4%,From the perspective of teaching years,more coaches have a certain teaching age,and there are mostly coaches with sports levels between20 and 34,which shows that the young reserve force of Panzhihua football coaches is far from enough.3.The coaches have strong management ability and communication ability,are good at reflecting and summarizing after the game,good at establishing a team,good at motivating students,good at solving disputes,and able to establish mutual trust relationship with students.Teaching training process does not pay attention to the training load arrangement and regulation and training team tactical characteristics arrangement is not clear,before the game to collect intelligence and information ability is relatively weak,and related leaders and students’ parents communicate less,in the daily work of football special scientific research and innovation seriously insufficient,text expression,etc.4.Strengthen communication between formal and informal education,and improve coaches’ abilities in multiple ways;Establish and improve coach evaluation and incentive mechanisms;Dock with high-level motor unit and improve all-round communication;Adhere to the training concept of "coach centered" and work together to promote the improvement of various qualities;Using this scale as an evaluation tool and implementing an evaluation mechanism;Fully leverage the leading role of "promoting education through research and training through teaching";Innovate strategies to enhance the coaching ability of coaches,in order to effectively enhance their coaching ability and assist in enhancing the coaching ability of coaches in campus football characteristic schools.
