Case Study On The Development Of Aviation Specialty Schools In Ordinary High School

In 2015,the Ministry of Education,the Ministry of Public Security and the General Political Department of the People’s Liberation Army jointly issued the Implementation Measures for the Construction of Aviation Schools for Youth of the Air Force,pointing out that it is an effective measure to fundamentally improve the quality of aviation talents by establishing aviation classes based on ordinary senior high schools and constructing aviation schools with characteristics.At present,aviation characteristic schools have been rapidly promoted throughout the country and achieved satisfactory results.However,in the process of development,problems are also gradually prominent.This study takes S Aviation characteristic School as the research object,adopts literature method,investigation and research method,case study method and other research methods to discuss the development process,construction achievements,problems and opportunities of aviation characteristic construction of S School,and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies.So it can provide some reference for the further development of aviation characteristic school.The research finds that the construction process of aviation characteristics of S School is divided into three stages: early start-up stage,exploration and development stage and characteristic formation stage.Based on the investigation and analysis of the development of aviation education in S school,the achievements of characteristic construction in S school are summarized as follows: establishing the aviation characteristic curriculum system,improving the management system of aviation class,promoting the aviation characteristic culture,enriching the on-campus activities with aviation characteristics,breaking through the international exchange activities and cultivating talents with aviation characteristics.At the same time,some problems are also found: the hardware resources of aviation education in S school are relatively perfect,but the professional teachers are insufficient;Aviation course teaching content is rich,but teaching frequency is low;School-based aviation courses have strong theory and single teaching form.The supervision system of aviation characteristic school is not perfect;Lack of financial support and good policies for students.At the same time,it also faces opportunities.Policies support the development of national characteristic schools and aviation characteristic schools,Jiao Dong International Airport is officially open to traffic,national provincial and municipal aviation competitions are gradually improved,and social attention is high.According to the problems and opportunities in the development of the school,combined with the actual situation of S Aviation characteristic School,this paper finally puts forward the following development strategies: strengthen the construction of aviation characteristic discipline,improve the aviation characteristic discipline system;Improve the training mechanism and build a team of teachers with characteristics;Reform the teaching mode to conform to international aviation education;Improve the personnel training system,expand the scope of students;Demonstration leads drive,increase public opinion propaganda;Perfect the management system,perfect the characteristic school supervision system;We will increase the guarantee of conditions and expand the sources of funding.
