| The training of new-type professional farmers is the need of China’s agricultural development in the new period,and it is a key measure to solve the "three rural" issues facing China.The research background of this article is that in recent years,China has been working hard to promote the cultivation of newly-professional professional farmers so as to realize the transformation and upgrading of China’s agriculture to modernization through new professional farmers.The purpose of the research is to provide practical and targeted countermeasures and suggestions based on an in-depth analysis of the existing problems in the training of new-type professional farmers in Huizhou,and to provide a steady stream of talents for Huizhou’s agricultural development.The significance of the research is mainly reflected in two levels.First,from a theoretical perspective,in-depth research on the training of new-type professional farmers in Huizhou can further enrich the relevant theories in this field.Secondly,from a practical perspective,agricultural modernization is the trend of China ’s agricultural development and the only way to solve the current “three rural” dilemma.Agricultural modernization must first cultivate a group of new professional farmers to take advantage of points and promote the transformation and upgrading of the entire agriculture..This research takes Huizhou as a specific object,and conducts in-depth research on the training of new-type professional farmers in the city through literature research methods,survey analysis methods,and data statistics methods.First of all,I collected a lot of domestic and foreign materials for this research,combed and summarized them,and read some theories related to this research in detail,including human capital theory,Korotkoff four-level evaluation theory,etc.On this basis,the concept of a new professional farmer was defined,which paved the way for this research.Secondly,it introduces in detail the current situation of new-type vocational farmer training in Huizhou,and analyzes the two training modes led by the municipal government,coordinated by relevant professional colleges,and enterprise-led and farmer demonstrations.At the same time,it conducted an in-depth investigation on the status quo of new-type vocational farmer training in Huizhou by issuing questionnaires,and analyzed the investigation results from three perspectives: training status,training needs and training effects.Thirdly,it analyzes the problems in the new-type vocational farmer training in Huizhou,and finds that there are deviations in the target audience of the new-type vocational farmer training in Huizhou,the training content cannot meet the actual needs,the training method is relatively traditional and single,and the training resources are distributed The inequality problems are caused by the weak subject consciousness of the trainees,the systematic difficulty in guaranteeing the continuity of training,the lack of training teachers,and the insufficient investment in financial support.Finally,corresponding suggestions are put forward for the problems in the new-type vocational farmer training in Huizhou.First,we must overcome the shortcomings of the trainees.Second,we must improve the training system construction.Third,we must scientifically allocate training resources.Finally,we must continue to improve the policy system construction.The innovation of this research is mainly reflected in two aspects.The first is that the research object is innovative.This research focuses on the training of new-type professional farmers in Huizhou.Huizhou is one of the 9 + 2 cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.First,the study of Huizhou City has certain reference significance for exploring the agricultural development of Guangdong,Hong Kong,Macau and Bay Area in the future.Second,the research perspective is innovative.This study analyzes the problems existing in the training of new-type professional farmers in Huizhou from the four aspects of training objects,training systems,training resources,and policy systems,and proposes specific suggestions for these four aspects. |
