| Talent is an important indicator of a country’s comprehensive national power and an important connotation of building a strong sporting nation.The report of the 20 th Party Congress emphasizes that "talent is the first resource,and we should adhere to the priority development of education and talent-led development".The Outline of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Development Plan proposes to build the Greater Bay Area into a highland of education and talents,and to build an international education demonstration area.In this new stage of development,sports industry talents are the driving force in constructing a leisure bay area,and the highquality development of the sports industry has also put forward higher requirements for sports industry talents.This study takes the sports industry talents cultivation mode of universities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as the research object,comprehensively uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,content analysis method,Delphi method and case study method,deeply analyzes the development status of the sports industry talents cultivation mode of universities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,explores the problems of the sports industry talents cultivation mode of universities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area;constructs the sports industry talents demanded by employers competence indexes demanded by employers,propose the optimization path of sports industry talents cultivation mode in universities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area based on OBE concept,elaborate the path guarantee of sports industry talents cultivation mode in universities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and finally take the talent cultivation mode of economics(sports economy)of Guangzhou Sport University as a typical case study.The following conclusions are drawn from the study:Firstly,the sports industry majors of universities in the Guangdong-Hong KongMacao Greater Bay Area are mainly located in Guangzhou,Shenzhen and Hong Kong;the talent training objectives and core curriculum are more detailed,mostly focusing on cultivating "application-oriented" talents;the overall structure of the curriculum system is relatively stable,forming six modular courses;the structure,content,process and institution need to be actively improved and innovated,and students,teachers and employers have a better evaluation of the training results.Secondly,the following problems still exist in the training mode of sports industry professional talents in universities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area: the "adhesion" of training goal is not firm;the "expansion" of knowledge system is not enough;the "attractiveness" of practical teaching is not strong;the "penetration" of ideological education is not enough;the "flexibility" of training system is not good;and the training evaluation lacks timely feedback.Thirdly,the ability indexes of sports industry talents based on the needs of employers are reversed and designed in the path of sports industry talents training mode in universities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,optimize the training objectives based on ability orientation,strengthen and improve the construction of sports industry professional courses,enrich the training contents,collaborate the training process,improve the training system and enrich the diversified evaluation means.It highlights the combination of teaching and practice,strengthens the deep integration of industry,academia,research and application,strengthens the guarantee of teacher team,teaching conditions,curriculum resources and practice platform,and promotes the high-quality development of sports industry talents in the Greater Bay Area.Fourthly,taking the talent training mode of Economics(Sports Economy)of Guangzhou Sport University as the case study,through analyzing the basic and application of its training mode,this study provides the experience of "three synergies,three integrations and three classrooms" as a reference for the optimization path of sports industry talent training mode of universities in the Guangdong-Hong KongMacao Greater Bay Area. |
