This dissertation is to take MICE(meeting,incentive travel,convention and exhibition)major for example to make a comparative study on the secondary vocational talents cultivation system in the context of the Greater Bay Area according to the following four aspects: major setup,curricular construction,professional certification and talents connection,aiming to promote the talents cultivation in Guangdong,Hong Kong,Macau and Taiwan,and boost the construction and development of the Greater Bay Area.Literature research,interviews,field study and comparative research will be adopted.This dissertation is based on the theory of the human capital,systematology and the law of external relations of education.In terms of major setup,the proportion is not appropriate and there is no exhibition major in Taiwan.In terms of curricular construction,the duration of vocational courses is too short and there is no sufficient language course.In terms of professional certification,the certificates of Guangdong,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan are not mutually recognized and they lack of high international recognition for secondary vocational education.In terms of talents connection,the regional talents connection system has not been established.Through the comparison and analysis,this dissertation is to introduce some measures in terms of two aspects.From the overall perspective,we should strengthen education on patriotism,develop the thinking of Greater Bay Area talents cultivation,establish the Greater Bay Area education administration,and enhance the talents service awareness.From the systematic perspective,in terms of major setup,it is suggested to set up the major according to the regional employment.In terms of curricular construction,we should establish the system for sharing course resources,build a training base and an online course platform in the Greater Bay Area,and cultivate talents with cultural integration in the four regions.In terms of professional certification,it is suggested to form the qualification standard and establish the mutual recognition system.In terms of talents connection,it is suggested to develop the regional talents connection system,facilitate the cooperation of the four regions in running schools,and establish the regional credits accumulation and mutual recognition system. |
