Study On The Employment Of Land Lost Farmers In Dandong Development Area

In the five years since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the annual rate of urbanization in China has increased by one point two percentage points,and about 80,000,000 of the agricultural transfer population has become urban residents.Nineteen Party report first proposed the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country,it pointed:"promote the integration of the development of the three major industries,support and encourage farmers’ employment,broaden the channels of income","to promote the synchronous development of new industrialization,informatization,urbanization and agricultural modernization".Urbanization is an inevitable stage in the process of economic and social development in China.In this process,the main body represented by the main representative of the economy which included economic development zone and industrial park.They serve as the leader of the urbanization and become a powerful engine for the economic development in everywhere.It can not be ignored that urbanization brings considerable economic benefits.Meanwhile,there are also some social problems that can not be ignored for farmers who rely on land as the main source of life.Urbanization requires industrial conversion,a large number of agricultural land is expropriated into industrial and commercial land,and the number of land lost farmers is increasing.Their livelihood issues have become the focus of the development and stability of our country.This article holds that it is necessary to ensure that the farmers’ life is sustainable,the compensation is reasonable,the social security is obtained and the employment is realized,and the employment is fundamental.By promoting the employment of landless farmers,we can enhance farmers’ economic foundation,living security and spiritual self-confidence,so that they can enjoy the social welfare of urban residents better on the basis of sustainable improvement of living standard.Therefore,it is of great social and epochal significance to study the employment of land lost farmers and put forward effective measures to promote the employment of landless peasants.Accordingly,this paper takes the farmers in Dandong development area as the research object,and investigates the employment status of the landless peasants in the area by means of questionnaires and interviews.Then,it points that the employment of the landless peasants is narrow,the employment environment is poor,and the employment mentality is poor are the main problems.The main reason is that the top level design is not in place,the job market is not in good time,and the farmers’ ability to cope with them is poor.For this reason,this paper refers to the research results of other areas with similar problems,based on the theory of two yuan economy,sustainable livelihoods and Keynes’s employment theory,puts forward suggestions for solving the employment problems of landless peasants in Dandong development zone,which are the government actively takeing the initiative,the market optimizing the environment and the land lost farmers improving their adaptability.All of those are in order to put forward the countermeasures to solve the employment problem of landless peasants in Dandong city border economic cooperation zone and solved the employment problem of landless peasants more efficiently and orderly,then provides ideas for the proper handling of the employment problems of landless peasants in other development zones in China.In the work of promoting the employment of landless peasants,landless peasants,government and society are three main duties.Among them,the government should take the primary responsibility,clarify its own position better,and pave the way for the landless peasants in terms of identity transformation,livelihood maintenance and life integration,so that they can fully enjoy the development results brought by urbanization.
