Study On The Employment Problems Of Landless Peasants In Weifang City

With the development of urbanization in China,the scale of the city has been expanding,and more and more rural land has been requisitioned.As a result,the number of landless farmers has been increasing.Land guarantees the basic life of farmers and is the main way for them to obtain economic resources.The loss of the land on which the peasants lived means that they have lost their basic economic resources.Because of the low quality of the land-losing peasants,the low level of their labor skills,they cannot adapt to the non-agricultural work and other factors,and thus fall into employment.Difficult dilemmas have caused some landless peasants to lose basic social security.According to relevant statistics,the number of landless peasants in China is increasing.If the employment problems of landless peasants are not solved in time,it will inevitably affect China's urbanization process,which will seriously affect social stability and economic development.Therefore,the employment problem of landless peasants has attracted the attention of our government and scholars.Changle County,Weifang City has experienced rapid urbanization in recent years.Inevitably,a large number of land-losing farmers have emerged.Due to their long-term agricultural cultivation,they have been unable to adapt to non-agricultural activities for a long time,which has led to the employment difficulties of land-losing farmers after entering the towns.Therefore,this paper conducted a field visit and questionnaire analysis of landless farmers in Changle County,Weifang City,and learned about their employment status.From the land-lost farmers' own,policy system and market factors,this paper analyzes the problems of the employment of landless peasants in Changle County,Weifang City.Finally,according to the economic development status of Weifang City and the local characteristic industries,it puts forward targeted solutions to the lost land according to local conditions.The feasibility proposal for peasant employment is mainly to improve the compensation policy for land acquisition in Weifang City;to increase local employment based on the agricultural and tourism characteristics of Weifang,and to strengthen the employment training for landless peasants based on the entrepreneurial university founded by the Weifang government,and to improve the landless farmers.The quality of the self;the improvement of the local labor market system,the establishment of employment platforms for land-losing farmers,the organization of land-losing farmers to go out to work and agriculture,to build a bridge for them to seek employment opportunities.
