The process of urbanization and industrialization has had a large amount of rural collective land requisitioned,bringing about lots of landless peasants.As the scale of requisitoning increases,the number of landless peasants has become more,and most of them have no land,no job and no income and are hard to get out of the predicament on their own.For now,the biggest problem they are confronted with is to get a job after they lost land.There have appeared a series of individual and social problems since lots of landless peasants couldn’t get a job successfully.In this context,it is realistic and meaningful to choose to study employment issues of landless peasants.Government and the Party have always accorded great importance to employment issues of peasants,and have encouraged peasants in employment and starting businesses,and they even added it to the instruction--masses start businesses,the popular innovate.Government and the Party require new patterns of entrepreneurial peasants.Practices in China have proved that employment promotion of landless peasants is the way to make people wealthy,the measurement to pursue justice and the strategy to make a country powerful.Thus it is important to advance economic structural adjustment,build a new development engine,strengthening development motivation and adhere to the path of innovation-oriented development.The paper studies on employment issues of landless peasants in urbanization process.According to the elementary thingkings(come up with a question,analyse it and solve it),the paper comprehensively applied to the literature and research studies.On the basis of drawing lessons of research findings from home and abroad,chose the landless peasants in Cangshan District to develop field investigation,and analysed the general situation within the area and the general characteristics of samples.On the study of employment issues,the degree of employment satisfaction is a key indicator.It can measure employment effects to evaluate employment quality.On the basis of research data and trough multi-logistic regression model,the study obtained conclusions as follows:Among the features of somebody,sex,age,education,health condition and employ abilities are the sifnificant factors affecting employment satisfaction of landless peasants;as in government policies,government employment trainings,jobs that government creates,goverment employment information and government employment aids are the significant factors affecting employment satisfaction of landless peasants;as for employment expectancy,how soon one can get a job after he got landless is the sifnificant factor affecting employment satisfaction of landless peasants;and in compensation models,compensation catagory is the sifnificant factor affecting employment satisfaction of landless peasants;as in employment environment,the evaluation to the working environment is the sifnificant factor affecting employment satisfaction of landless peasants.Meanwhile,the research has found that there are flaws in compensation policy of land requisition,and its model is single;rural employment environment needs to be improved and peasants’ employment rate failed to achieve the expectancy,and social career training system is outdated in Cang Shan District.These problems will directly hinder landless peasants from getting jobs.Based on what have been introduced above,the study will start from the ideas of reforming existing land compensation policy of land requisition,advancing multi-compensation model of land requisition,improving social employment environment,deepening the ideological education of landless peasants and improving social career training system,and give suggestions and solutions to solve the problems that landless peasants may face with in getting jobs and promote the employment.The research is expected to help landless peasants to get their jobs smoothly. |
