Paying attention to the health status of college students and the development of healthy behavior habits have become the hot issues of research,physical education in colleges plays a vital role in the formation of college students’ health promotion and sports literacy.Based on the old college physical education model,which is not in line with the development of society and the needs of cultivating all-round development,the reform of college physical education curriculum In the imperative,college sports reform has always been the focus of the Ministry of Education.This study takes the reform of college physical education curriculum as the research object.Taking 15 colleges and universities in Liaoning Province as the survey object,this paper discusses the current situation,existing problems and countermeasures of college physical education curriculum in Liaoning Province,in order to provide a theoretical reference for college sports reform.The research methods used in this study are mainly literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,Delphi method,research and field interviews in 15 universities in Liaoning Province,research on the mode of college physical education curriculum,and investigation The results are summarized,problems are found and countermeasures are proposed.The study has drawn the following conclusions:(1)After several years of reforms in the physical education curriculum of colleges and universities in Liaoning Province,remarkable achievements have been made in the guiding ideology,curriculum objectives,curriculum types and curriculum structure of the curriculum.Integrating the diversified guiding ideology into the "health first" thinking,it also constructs a new curriculum model of college sports with diversified teaching objectives and diversified teaching types.From the perspective of superstructure,the physical education curriculum is more embodied in "taking students as the main body" Idea concept.(2)Most of the types of physical education courses in colleges and universities in Liaoning Province adopt the system of optional courses.The second grade is the compulsory course,and the third and fourth grade are the elective courses.There are many types of physical education in colleges and universities,but the quality of teaching and teaching effects have not been fully implemented.The number of schools and teaching hours of theoretical courses are far from the requirements of the state.The theoretical courses arerelatively simple,lacking practical theoretical courses,the qualifications of theoretical courses are low,and there is a lack of professional teachers.Is the physical education mode after class selection? Science,teaching methods are based on the individual differences of students to develop a plan for the level of teaching,whether the choice of teaching content meets the needs of students,whether to establish a harmonious teacher-student relationship,whether the teaching evaluation is comprehensive or not,there are still some shortcomings.Extracurricular sports activities have been developed.The appearance of sports clubs,college sports clubs and other organizational forms has greatly enriched the content of extracurricular sports.The increase of extracurricular sports activities has also enriched the content of the entire physical education curriculum,but the "integration mode inside and outside the classroom" The construction is still insufficient,the management methods and curriculum resources of extracurricular sports activities are lacking,and the extracurricular sports activities are concentrated in a small number of sports elites.(3)The general colleges and universities in Liaoning Province generally attach importance to the development of curriculum resources,and both can achieve both human resources and material resources.All schools are creating conditions to continuously improve the academic level and scientific research ability of the teaching staff,and pay attention to the cultivation of teachers’ teaching ability.While increasing investment in the construction of on-campus venue facilities,we will actively expand off-campus sports resources,and make overall use and multi-faceted development of campus resources.The development and utilization of network information resources has greatly improved the level of physical education curriculum management in colleges and universities.Scientific and modern.However,the workload of over-saturation takes up too much time and energy of young and middle-aged teachers,resulting in less research time and lower level of scientific research.The pressure of academic qualifications and professional titles is not conducive to giving play to the subjective initiative of young and middle-aged teachers.(4)College students believe that college physical education curriculum contributes to the good physical fitness and health of college students,sports knowledge skills and methods,but it lacks in developing students’ exercise habits and improving students’ social interaction ability.College physical education teachers believe that college physical education curriculum contributes to students’ health,but the problem is that the teaching content is old,single,boring,lack of entertainment,and lacks integrated monitoring and evaluation of the student system.
