China from 2001 to 2011 In,the curriculum standard of physical education and health was reformed eight times,but there are still some problems in the implementation of the curriculum standard for many years.For example,the lack of a clear supervision and assessment system,the implementation of the curriculum standard requirements is not in place,the school teachers’ cooperation is not close enough,the supporting facilities are lagging behind,and the comprehensive implementation is not perfect,resulting in the quality of physical education teaching has not been greatly improved In order to improve the quality of physical education,many schools still have the situation of insufficient class hours,lack of physical education teaching content,and the phenomenon of sheep teaching in physical education,which leads to the decline of the quality of physical education and the improvement of students’ physical quality.However,there are still many problems in the middle school entrance examination of physical education,such as paying attention to the academic achievements and ignoring the sports literacy.The reform of the middle school entrance examination of physical education needs to be strengthened,and the content of the examination should be better combined with the content of the standard,so that the curriculum standard of physical education and health can be better implemented.This study is the first pilot city in Liaoning Province to implement the reform of physical education entrance examination in Panjin part of the middle school investigation and research,Smith model as the theoretical basis,part of the middle school physical education and health curriculum standards in Panjin City in the implementation process of the existing problems are analyzed,focusing on the implementation of the policy itself,target groups,implementation environment,physical education entrance examination reform and other aspects This paper analyzes the factors that affect the implementation of the standard,and puts forward strategies and suggestions to promote the implementation of junior high school sports and health curriculum standard.The conclusions are as follows(1)After the reform of physical education entrance examination,influenced by the enrollment rate,school leaders pay more attention to physical education teaching and students’ health.Panjin Municipal Bureau of education has trained physical education teachers in pilot schools on the implementation plan of the examination,but the training on how to effectively implement the standard has not been increased,and there is no unified standard for physical education teachers to measure the implementation degree of the standard.(2)After the reform of physical education entrance examination,most of the junior middle schools in Panjin City began to strengthen the physical education work of the school.The school supervised the physical education teaching,but ignored the coordination of the comprehensive resources of other members and departments of the school.The support of the majority of teachers and students for sports activities and the propaganda of lifelong sports thought did not form a joint force.The implementation degree of the "standard" is still low Lack of supervision.(3)After the reform of P.E.senior high school entrance examination,P.E.teachers,as an important key factor to implement the "standard",actively respond to the requirements of the reform of P.E.senior high school entrance examination.From the perspective of teaching content,teachers not only pay attention to improving students’ physical examination results,but also pay attention to the cultivation of sports knowledge and the improvement of sports skills,pay attention to improving students’ physical quality,objectively better promote the implementation of the "standard".(4)After the reform of physical education entrance examination,the results of physical education are included in the total results of the entrance examination,students and their parents pay more attention to physical education,and their parents begin to pay attention to the improvement of students’ physical quality and sports ability.Based on the reform of physical education entrance examination,parents and students improve their awareness and attention of school physical education,and provide strong social support and security for the implementation of the standard.(5)After the reform of physical education entrance examination,the teaching items of physical education entrance examination reform have also made corresponding changes,some schools have added football,basketball,volleyball and other examination items,but the folk traditional sports,swimming,ice and snow and other sports required by the "standard" have not been carried out due to the influence of field equipment and teacher conditions,which is still far from the implementation of the "standard" There is a gap,schools still need to increase the investment in sports resources.
