| With the promulgation and implementation of the Curriculum Standards for Physical Education and Health in Ordinary Senior High Schools(2017 edition)and Compulsory Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(2022 edition),physical education and health teaching aiming at the cultivation of core literacy has become the development direction.However,there are still many problems in physical education teaching in primary and middle schools.As a typical representative of ball games,volleyball teaching also has these problems,which makes students’ enthusiasm to learn volleyball suppressed,the lack of competition opportunities makes it difficult for students to fully master volleyball.Based on this,the reform of sports classroom teaching way to become the current urgent demand,while the season of east China normal university professor clear based on the national curriculum standards development mode of Chinese health physical education curriculum,emphasis on sports load,three key points of physical exercise,sports skill learning,has a good applicability for volleyball class teaching reform.Using the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,measurement,experiment,mathematical statistics and so on,this study takes volleyball as the carrier and designs a 36-hour unit of junior high school volleyball and the corresponding class teaching plan based on the requirements of China’s health sports curriculum model.A total of 80 students from 2 classes of the first grade in Chengdu No.7Middle School Yingcai School were selected as the research objects.The experimental group adopted the Chinese health physical education curriculum model for volleyball teaching,and the control group adopted the conventional teaching model for volleyball teaching.Through a unit of 36 hours of teaching experiment,to explore the effect of Chinese health physical education curriculum model on the physical health level,motor skills and learning interest of junior middle school students after volleyball learning.The research conclusions are as follows:1.After the 12-week physical education course,the physical health levels of the two groups of students were improved to different degrees,but the improvement effect of the standing long jump level in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,which may be related to the emphasis on diversified physical exercises in classroom teaching in the Chinese health physical education curriculum model.2.After 12 weeks of physical education course,both groups of students had significant improvement in volleyball skills,but the experimental group had significantly better improvement effect than the control group,which may be related to the Chinese health physical education curriculum model that emphasizes competition practice and high-intensity physical training in classroom teaching.3.After 12 weeks of physical education courses,the improvement of students’ learning interest in physical education in the experimental class is better than that in the control class,which indicates that the Chinese health physical education curriculum model can effectively improve students’ learning interest in physical education. |
