Research On Mental Health Status And Accurate Support Of Poor College Students In Vocational Colleges

In recent years,our country’s higher education system reform process is advancing rapidly,the social from all walks of life for college students’ psychological health problems caused widespread attention,especially for poor college students vocational colleges,which groups in response to from employment,emotional,academic,interpersonal and other issues more prone to negative emotions,so for the research of higher vocational college students’ mental health poverty,find out the reasonable response,promote the development of higher vocational physical and mental health of impoverished college students.In the new period,to do the all-round precise poverty alleviation project in our country,in order to realize "two one hundred" great goal to lay a solid foundation,especially in recent years,the state has staged a series of poor college students subsidy policy,to effectively solve the problem of poor college students life play a important role,but it is worth mentioning that in practice there are still poor students object recognition problems such as inaccurate,support policy implementation does not reach the designated position,many poor college students there are still a series of serious psychological problems.Therefore,under the principle of "people-oriented",on the one hand,should pay attention to economic poverty,more should pay attention to mental poverty alleviation work,especially for poor vocational students this special group,their psychological health directly affect the country’s future development,the social from all walks of life and the national government has responsibility and obligation to build a good talent environment.In this paper is based on the basic theory of mental health education,according to the existing research results,based on the empirical study method,questionnaire investigation,literature review method,chart analysis method and other research methods,higher vocational colleges to nanchang vocational university and other three sampling survey was conducted among four hundred and fifty poor college students,from self-knowledge,personal emotion,interpersonal communication,study and life to understand the mental health status of poor students in vocational colleges.First of all,combined with the investigation report on the status quo of the mental health of the poor students in higher vocational college comprehensive analysis,found that many poor college students are suspicious,sensitive,anxiety,inferiority and other serious mental health problems;Secondly,the causes of mental health problems of poor students in highervocational colleges are analyzed comprehensively,including social reasons,family reasons,school environment and individual factors.Finally,combined with the current situation of higher vocational education in China,the paper proposes targeted strategies to improve the mental health of poor students in higher vocational education,including strengthening top-level design: establishing a perfect and accurate support system,establishing standardized identification procedures and standards for poor students,and establishing a scientific legal system for helping poor students.Strengthen the grasp of the key links: establish a perfect psychological support system for poor students,build a dynamic file system for poor students,strengthen the spiritual support for poor college students,do a good job of honesty and gratitude education,actively introduce modern technology skills to help poor students get rid of psychological burden.
