Since the reform and opening up,people's living standards have been improved significantly with the the rapid development of the economy.However,the gap between the rich and the poor is becoming larger and larger.In the new era,accurate poverty alleviation is not only the essence and highlight of the party and the country's poverty alleviation work,but also an important guarantee for the full construction of a well-off society and the realization of the Chinese nation's great rejuvenation of the “Chinese dream”.The special group of poor students in colleges and universities,under the dual pressures of economy and spirit,will inevitably produce a series of problems ideologically and psychologically.In recent years,the state's aid policy for needy students has general helped poor students,but in the process of funding,poor students have imprecise identification,inaccurate aids and serious psychological problems.In this case,colleges and universities must adhere to the principle of“people-oriented”,while the economy helps the poor,they should also do a good job in the spirit of poverty alleviation.Poor students in colleges and universities are an important group in the country's development power.It is necessary for the country and all sectors of society to provide a good environment for their growth and success.This paper follows the basic theory of Ideological and political education,based on the existing research results,through the empirical research on poor college students in Nanchang area for sampling survey,in-depth analysis of the current situation of poor students ideological problems and causes of the problems,put forward the accurate help to them and provide some references to the current system of ideological and political education for poor students.The main content of this paper includes five parts: The first part elaborates the concept of precision poverty alleviation and education poverty alleviation policy,and to define what is“poverty alleviation” and “precision poverty alleviation”.Then systematically explains the development process of China's education poverty alleviation policy and the current policy system for poverty-stricken students' assistance;the second part describes the economic status of poor students in the survey sample,including the monthly living expenses,the economic sources,and the reasons for the family difficulties of the poor students;The third part analyzes the ideological problems of poor students,and investigates and summarizes thelearning enthusiasm,social initiative,and mental health of poor students through questionnaires;the fourth part accurately analyzes the causes of its ideological problems from four levels of the country,the school,the society,and the poor students themselves;the fifth part puts forward the countermeasures of accurate assistance to the ideological problems of the poor students.
