| Secondary Vocational Colleges are the Cradle of cultivating Professional and Technical talents for the Mondernization of our country,as one of the important components of national education,secondary vocational education is based on paying attention to the mental health of secondary vocational college students,constructing healthy and positive psychological from for secondary vocational school students is an important work that can’t be ignored by educators.The author’s survey shows that the form of secondary vocational college enrollment、teaching、employment and other situations,the form is not optimistic.A large proportion of the students in secondary vocational school come from junior high school graduates,they fail in the middle school examination,fail to enter high school,have poor academic achievements,and are mostly between 15 and 18 years old,they are in an important period of physical and mental development,their characteristics are that their ideological and cognitive deviations are Obvious,the collective team consciousness is poor,“contact the net”the student is more,the theory study enthusiasm is not high,lacks the research spirit,the legal idea is weak.As a student with a weak foundation,mental health problem are even more worrying.We have come to realize that attention to the psychological quality of secondary vocational school students is still generally inadequate.Mental health problems exist in learning problems exist in learning practice、environmental adaptation、interpersonal communication、graduate employment etc.In view of the discovered problems,this paper focuses on the study of psychological problems and countermeasures of secondary vocational college students,and analyzes the problems causes and countermeasures of the students’ mental health in secondary vocational colleges and universities.On the basis of absorbing the domestic and foreign related achievements,this study mainly adopts the literature method,the questionnaire survey method and other research methods.First of all,the purpose and significance of the topic are put forward,the present situation.of the research on mental health education at home and abroad is analzed and the concept of mental health is defined,then the meaning of mental health education and the standard of mental health of students in secondary vocational colleges and universities are put forward;Secondly,through the analysis of the results of the effective questionnaire,this paper analyzesthe causes of the mental health problems of the students in the secondary vocational colleges,and finds out the performance of the mental health problems of the students in the secondary vocational colleges.Finally,the intervention measures are put forward to solve the mental health problems of secondary vocational college students.Therefore,to strengthen the mental health education of secondary vocational school students has been placed in our vocational education workers and the whole society in front of the urgent task.Mental health education should not be aimed at students with individual mental health problems.Second,it should benefit all students.Mental health education should be integrated with practical teaching and extracurricular activities,with some modern means,and With psychological knowledge.To solve the mental health problems of secondary vocational college students.In order to achieve more obvious results,we also need to keep pace with the times,constantly improve,in order to better serve the vast number of sthdents.It is believed that the popularization of mental health education in secondary vocational colleges and universities will no longer be on paper,and there will be a bright future. |
