A Study On The Countermeasures Of Model Education For Secondary Vocational School Students

"The initiation lies in teaching,and the success lies in role model." The role model education is one of the important methods of ideological and political education.Its uniqueness is reflected in its guiding,demonstrative,vivid and stimulating nature,which is conducive to improving the ideological and moral qualities of secondary vocational students and promoting the formation of correct world outlook,life outlook and values for secondary vocational students.This paper is guided by the relevant theories of Marxism,the role model education theory of ancient and modern China,and social psychology theory.Combined with literature research,survey research and other methods,this paper comprehensively uses theoretical knowledge in ideological and political education,psychology,and sociology,and then analyzes the status of implementation of role model education for vocational students.This paper finds that while achieving certain results,role model education still lacks sustainability,hierarchy and pertinence,as well as inadequate publicity and unsatisfactory practice.This paper further analyzes the reasons for these problems.Finally,the paper proposes that by optimizing the implementation environment of role model education,meeting the needs of the educated people,broadening the role model education publicity dimension,and improving the " three-in-one " role model education system of"society,school,and family",so as to improve the model education of vocational students effectiveness.
