The The students majoring in nursing in the secondary vocational schools are the important backup persons for nursing talents in our medical industry.Finished in out-school medical institutes,their intern stage is a process in which theoretical knowledge is applied to practice and testified and consolidated.It is also a key link and a crucial constituent part of nursing education of secondary vocational schools.Among these,the ideological and political education during internship is the inevitable requirement of the practical feature of nursing and the vocational feature of secondary vocational schools.Whereas,at present,these students during internship produce many problems such as weak learning interest,sticky psychological problems,heavy learning and working loads,environmental and personal role changes,and the unachievable centralized education.To a certain extent,all these indicate that the students' ideological and political education is very weak,taken poorly and lacking in effectiveness.Therefore,it is of great significance to make a research on the ideological and political education during their internship.It is not only beneficial to further broadening the ideological and political education front,but also beneficial practice quality and practice safe guarantee,conducive to cultivating the nursing talents with both political integrity and professional competence,and even promoting the virtuous and healthy development of the medical and health services in China.Owing to the particularity of the student' s community,this thesis plans to take as the sample group the 2014 nursing students in Kaifeng Health School,who have finished the half-year internship,surveys and visits teachers from secondary vocational schools,the directing teachers and other medical staff from the internship units,and patients,and summarizes this special community's characters during internship such as diversified value impacts,indefinite professional target,and weak learning interest.At the same time,the special community's ideological and political education during internship gives rise to such situations as indifference,poor effects and obsolete approaches.In view of this,this thesis will follow the principle of the combination of internal and external causes,analyzes the present problems and causes existing in the ideological and political education of the nursing students during internship in the secondary vocational schools.Student sources,nursing specialty and the particularity of vocational education are the internal causes,which give rise to the insufficient penetration of students' ideological and political education.The immature joint force of ideological and political education is the external cause,which leads to the inconspicuous educational effect of the ideological and political education.Last but not least,according to the problems and causes existing in the ideological and political education of the nursing students during internship in the secondary vocational schools,this thesis proposes to develop the subjective role of the ideological and political education in the secondary vocational schools,to strengthen teaching staff of the ideological and political education,to stimulate the positivity of the ideological and political education of the internship units,to construct the interactive mechanism between schools and internship units,to explore the effective approaches of the ideological and political education,and to form the interactive pattern of ideology and politics.Combined with the above-mentioned six aspects,this thesis attempts to carry out some conducive explorations on the ideological and political education of the nursing students during internship in the secondary vocational schools.
