The development of the times requires great craftsmen;The new journey requires a vigorous promotion of the spirit of craftsmanship.Comrade Xi Jinping accurately summed up the profound connotations of craftsman’s spirit at the National Congress of Labor Models and Advanced Workers in 2020,which was dedicated,refined,meticulous and dedicated to excellence.The craftsman spirit is a kind of professional spirit,is the embodiment of the worker’s high professional ethics,is the worker’s ultimate pursuit to the product quality,is the worker’s self-restraint strict work attitude,is the worker’s unceasing innovation,unceasing promotion ideal belief.It is necessary for the middle school to Ensure that education performs its fundamental mission of fostering virtue.It is beneficial to enrich the content of the course,improve the ideological and political education of the middle school students,help the middle school students to understand the craftsman spirit correctly,and cultivate their professional qualities.The purpose of this study is to understand the essence of craftsman’s spirit,explore the effective path of craftsman’s spiritual education,play the role of craftsman’s spiritual education,and promote the dissemination and inheritance of craftsman’s spirit in the middle school and the group of middle school students.This paper takes the students and teachers of Beijing J Secondary School as the object of investigation,mainly adopts questionnaires and interviews.Combining the existing problems,the author puts forwards five ways to realize the spiritual education of the craftsman:firstly,it focuses on the use of curriculum and political science and encourages teachers to participate in vocational skills competition.Second,from the perspective of five core qualities,three dimensional goals and progressive goals,the teaching goals of craftsman’s spiritual education are set up,and updated and innovated.The third is to apply the inverted classroom teaching mode,case analysis method,issue-based teaching mode and active course to the craftsman’s spiritual education in the middle school civics class.The fourth is to optimize the practical teaching of the craftsman’s spiritual education in middle school civics and politics by means of school enterprise cooperation,maternity leave integration and home school cooperation.The fifth is to perfect the evaluation system of craftsman’s spiritual education by using process evaluation,diversified curriculum evaluation and vocational quality passport of Beijing secondary vocational school.
