As the basic form of kindergarten education activities,games are educational means to promote the harmonious development of children’s body and mind.How to carry out the game into the whole kindergarten education has been the field of preschool education inquiry.Labor education as an important content in kindergarten education,how to better implement kindergarten labor education,kindergarten labor education games into children and labor to build a bridge of communication,play to improve the effectiveness and interest of kindergarten labor education.The play of kindergarten labor education is beneficial to the enlightenment of children’s labor consciousness,the cultivation of labor emotion and the formation of labor concept,thus promoting the all-round development of children.According to the law of children’s physical and mental development,carry out labor education in the form of games,infiltrate labor education in game activities,stimulate children’s labor interest,and cultivate children’s labor consciousness and labor emotion.The study of kindergarten labor education gameplay can not only enrich the relevant theories of kindergarten labor education,but also provide some educational suggestions for kindergarten teachers to carry out labor education,so as to improve the effect of kindergarten labor education.This research adopts the literature research method,the observation method and the interview method,based on the game teaching theory and the life preparation game theory,has carried on the research and the analysis to the kindergarten labor education game development.Based on the existing research and previous research,based on the principle of integrating theory with practice,Nanning W public kindergarten was selected as the research object,and a small class,middle class and large class were randomly selected for a 6-week field non-participatory observation.Through observing the present situation of the game teaching in kindergarten labor education and interviewing the kindergarten teachers and directors,we can understand some problems existing in the game teaching of kindergarten labor education,which are manifested in:teachers’ failure to fully understand the value of the game to the labor education;the lack of pertinence between the game choice and the goal of the labor education;the less penetration and lack of comprehensiveness of labor education in various fields;the lack of suitability of the game environment in labor education;and the neglect of the main position of the children in the game activities.On this basis,the reasons are analyzed: the traditional labor concept restricts the effectiveness of game teaching;the educator’s game concept needs to be improved;the lack oflabor environment rich in game elements;and the lack of game management mechanism of labor education.Based on this,put forward the implementation strategy of kindergarten labor education gameplay: teachers should set up the concept of play to promote the development of children’s labor education;according to the law of children’s physical and mental development,set the content of kindergarten labor education gameplay;create a suitable game environment for children’s labor education;Construction kindergarten labor education gameplay guarantee mechanism.
