Research On The Cultivation Of Contemporary College Students' Contract Spirit

The "Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Major Issues Concerning the Administration by Law",adopted by the Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,proposed to "strengthen the awareness of the rules and advocate the spirit of the contract." The spirit of contract is a kind of public spirit in the field of civil society public life,as a "natural law" of civil society,its formation and development in the generalization tendency of public life,based on system specifications of civil society,is a citizen in the field of public life process inside the "first group" and "strangers" code of conduct and value of the relationship.As the backbone of the great rejuvenation of the nation,the level of the spirit of the contract has a profound impact on the improvement of the rule of law in the whole society and the cause of governing the country by law.Therefore,we should give priority to with the position formation,which is based on social and family,in the spirit of contract of the college students' education for displacement in cultivating mode,promote the students' spirit of contract form.Based on the contract spirit cultivating college students as the research object,this article discusses from four aspects contract spirit cultivating college students.The first chapter illustrate the comprehensive rule of law is put forward and the significance and content of the contract spirit.This paper makes an objective description of the necessity of cultivating college students' contractual spirit from three aspects:practicing socialist core values,promoting the process of ruling the country according to law and realizing the all-round development of college students.And discussing the important practical significance of cultivating the contractual spirit of college students from the aspects of the formation of the concept of rule of law,the improvement of the comprehensive quality of college students and the formation of the whole social contract environment.The second chapter analyzes the achievements,problems and causes of college students' contractual spirit cultivation.Since the Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,although the research on the spirit of contract has been strengthened,there is still insufficient attention in the cultivation of contractual spirit,and the effectiveness,relevance and integrity of college students'contractual spirit cultivation need to be further strengthened.The utilitarian education in our country,the concept of family traditional education,the cognitive psychology and the immaturity of college students are the main reasons that restrict the development of college students' contractual spirit.In the third chapter,the author tries to summarize the practical experiences of the cultivation of college students' contractual spirit in western universities,and draws some enlightenments on the cultivation of contractual spirit of college students in China:people-oriented educational idea is the ideological premise of contractual spirit cultivation,systematic humanistic education is the core of the spirit of contractual cultivation,practical education model is the key to the cultivation of contract spirit,standardized integrity of the file is the guarantee of the spirit of the contract.The fourth chapter puts forward some effective way to cultivate college students'contract spirit.To establish a sound system of college students 'contractual spirit,to combine the theoretical cultivation of ideological and political courses with practical activities outside the classroom,to build students' integrity files,to implement the law according to law,to form a contractual interpersonal field,to optimize the campus contract environment,to social and family as a platform to build a good contract environment,and strive to create a free,equal,honest,law-abiding contract atmosphere,to self-education of college students to help promote their contract awareness and contract practice.
