| Today,with the entry into a well-off society,the quality of life of most families has been greatly improved.so people are no longer just satisfied with food and clothing.But pay more and more attention to their own health.However,due to the impact of school pressure,network development and other reasons,the physical condition of teenagers is worrying.In addition,according to the collected data,found that urban and township areas of the students’ physical fitness is more or less difference,to student’s body shape,body function and physical quality are compared,and research and explore the development change law of every index is to analyze the new era at the same time the importance of physical health and its differences between urban and township primary school students.To this end,this paper selected the physical test data of students from two different regions in Nanning in 2018,analyzed their physical differences,found the reasons for their differences,and finally proposed measures to improve their physical differences.Students from Tiantao experimental school were selected for investigation and analysis.A comparative study was conducted on the physical test data of8302 students from grade 1 to grade 6 of grade 2018 in Jiahecheng campus(town),Yinshan campus(city)and Tiantao campus(city)to analyze their physical differences.The methods of literature research,data statistics,interviews,comparative analysis and other research methods were used to compare and analyze the physical test data of students in urban and township areas to find out the differences in physical fitness,analyze the reasons according to the strengths and weaknesses of their respective physical fitness,and finally put forward targeted Suggestions.Main research results and conclusion:(1)Body shape: in terms of height,from grade 1 to grade 6,both male and female,urban students are better than township students,and most grades have obvious differences.Weight: urban students are higher than township students.The weigh of boys in urban and township areas varies greatly.BMI value: urban and township students are generally underweight.The body mass of urban boys is slightly better than that of township boys.There is little difference between urban and township girls.In summary,in terms of body shape,compared with township students,most urban students have the upper hand in height and weight,but the physical fitness of urban and township students needs to beimproved.(2)Physical function: The vital capacity of most township students is better than that of urban students.From grade 1 to grade 6,except for girls in grade 5,the lung capacity of urban and township students in other grades is significantly different.The vital capacity of township students increases with grade,and the growth trend is stable.To sum up,it can be seen that the supporting capacity of township students is better than that of urban students(3)Physical quality: 50 meters running,There are great differences between urban and township students.From grade 1 to grade 6,except for male and female students in grade 2 and female students in grade 5 and grade 6,the results of other grades were better than those of urban students,There are great differences in most grades.There are great differences between urban and township boys in the 50-meter race.The students in villages and towns of one and two have better results of seat flexion and better results with those of urban students.From grade three to grade six,the students in the city did better than the students in the town.From grade 1 to grade 6,except for male students in grade 1 and male students in grade 5,there were significant differences among urban and township students in other grades.One minute sit-ups,urban and township students of one minute sit-ups achievement gap.The results of urban students are better than those of township students.Most grades show a very significant difference,which indicates that the waist and abdomen strength of urban students is significantly better than that of township students.In the 50m×8 round-trip running,urban students are better than township students,and there is a big difference in the sixth grade.Therefore,urban students have better endurance quality than township students.One-minute rope skipping has great differences between urban and township students.Urban students’ achievement is better than that of township students,and there are great differences between urban and township students.Urban students’ coordination and sensitivity are better than that of township students.Through the study of physical quality,it can be seen that the physical quality of urban and township students have their own advantages,but each physical quality index of urban and township students have different degrees of difference.Analysis on the influencing factors that cause the difference of physique between urban and township students:(1)School factors: the school fails to reasonably arrange the time for study and sports;Facing the phenomenon of insufficient space and equipment;Students are overloaded with homework;Crowding out physical education;The teaching content of physical education is single,etc.(2)Family factors: parents’ own participation is low;There are differences in the way urban and township students go to school.Parents over sign their children up for remedial classes,etc.(3)Their own factors: students themselves do not pay attention to physical exercise,sports awareness is weak,the concept of sports awareness is not strong,etc.In view of the above factors,this study puts forward the following Suggestions:(1)School aspects: Strengthen targeted training to improve physical quality;Put an end to the phenomenon of being crowded out of physical education,reduce the burden for students;pay more attention to extracurricular training and strengthen supervision.(2)Family aspects: improve the diet structure,to meet the needs of students,especially township students in the growing period of nutrition;change the way of school,improve students’ sports level;Change the city students to the concept of sports,physical exercise habits.(3)Social aspects: Parents start from their own,training students to develop the habit of participating in physical exercise;Make adjustments in the contents and methods of teaching so as to stimulate students’ interest in learning;strengthen propaganda and carry forward the spirit of sports. |
