Research On The Characteristics Of The Differentiation Of The Population Living And Employment Industry In Wuhan Urban Development Area Based On GIS

With the continuous progress of urbanization in China,the population scale of large cities continues to increase,and corresponding satellite cities,new cities and new areas begin to appear around the city.Because the infrastructure of the new town is not perfect,and it fails to form an effective agglomeration center,the function of the central city is still too centralized,and the dislocation of the occupation and residence space is particularly prominent,forming a large-scale commuter flow of residents going to the city in the daytime and out of the city in the evening,resulting in a series of problems such as traffic congestion,space isolation and environmental pollution.Spatial analysis method based on ArcGis,the current situation of wuhan urban development zone of living space,the display of the characteristics of the relationship between job live were analyzed,and the research of wuhan urban development zone industry differentiation of population employment,the influence of multiple regression statistical analysis by SPSS,analyzed the influence factors of industry space dislocation,the following conclusions:The separation of occupation and residence in the main urban area is better than that in the new urban area,and the commuting mainly flows to the inner main urban area:The equilibrium index of residence and employment in three towns of wuhan is much higher than that of other new town groups,and the employment space has a high matching degree nearby.In terms of commuting situation,residents’ commuting flow is mainly inward commuting from each new town group area to the main city area,and the commuting flow obviously shows a large proximity effect.The spatial dislocation of various industries varies greatly among different industries:From the perspective of the spatial dislocation of various industries,there are great differences in the dislocation of occupation and residence space among different industries.Under the same industry category,there are still great differences in the dislocation of occupation and residence space among different industries.Among various industries,the most severe spatial dislocation is in mining,electricity,gas and water production and supply,public administration and social organization,education,etc.The best spatial dislocation is in transportation,storage and postal,real estate and scientific research,technical services and geological survey.The degree of spatial dislocation in various industries is greatly affected by the education of the employees in the industry:Industry by using SPSS statistical software for the categories of indicators in calculation and multivariate linear regression analysis,the influence factors of affecting industry job living space amlposition to industry practitioners education situation,employment concentration,degree of population,industry more than middle-aged workers age proportion,and industry average commuting distance and registered capital of the industry.Among these influencing factors,the industry employees with master’s degree or above contribute the most,which is inversely proportional to the industry spatial dislocation index.The degree of employment aggregation is negatively correlated with the industrial spatial dislocation,that is,the industrial spatial dislocation index is obviously better than the industry with the low degree of employment aggregation.The lowest degree of impact on the industry space dislocation is the industry registered capital,into a positive correlation,that is,the more the industry registered capital,the more serious the space dislocation.The research on the coordinated development mode of the separation mechanism of occupation and housing caused by industry differentiation is conducive to the formation of the overall structure of the coordinated development of urban residence and employment space,the reduction of the separation of urban residence and employment,and the enhancement of the sustainable development ability of cities.
