| As a sunrise industry of the new century,sports industry has been integrated into the national economy and daily life and became a global industry.Since the reform of the economic system in the 1980s,the sports industry has developed rapidly,maintained a high growth rate year by year,and its position in the national economy has been improved year by year.Although the development of China's sports industry is considerable at this stage,there is still a certain gap with other developed countries,which shows that the development of China's sports industry is still in the primary stage as a whole,and there are many problems within the industry,such as unbalanced industrial structure,insufficient supply of basic resources,which all inhibit the development of sports industry.In order to further promote the healthy development of China's sports industry,the report of the 19th national congress focuses on the importance of national fitness and sports power,and the recently issued "outline of building a sports power" has carried out systematic design and overall arrangement for the construction of a sports power.The introduction of these policies fully reflects the great attention of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council to the sports industry.Based on this background and the basis of drawing lessons from and referring to the existing research results,this study takes 31 provinces in China as the research object,builds the index system of evaluating the comprehensive strength of sports industry from the aspects of economic development,social environment,basic sports resources,related industries and government investment,etc.First of all,using the improved factor analysis method of E-TOPSIS to analyze the comprehensive strength of the sports industry of 31 provinces in China from 2013 to 2017,and obtains the scores of the comprehensive strength of the sports industry of each region in each year.Then,using the ESDA analysis method to analyse the spatial correlation and spatial agglomeration characteristics of the comprehensive strength of sports industry.Finally,the regression coefficient results of each variable in 2013 and 2017 are obtained by using GWR Model,and the main influencing factors and evolution trend of the comprehensive strength of China's sports industry are analyzed by spatial visualization.The results indicated that:(1)there is a serious imbalance in the comprehensive strength of China's sports industry between every region,which is manifested in the strong coastal areas in the East,the weak inland areas in the northwest,and the gradual weakening of the spatial distribution characteristics from the east to the West.(2)There is a significant and positive spatial autocorrelation in the comprehensive strength of China's sports industry,but the agglomeration of the comprehensive strength of most regions is not obvious.The H-H region is mainly distributed in the eastern coastal areas,and the L-L region is mainly in the northwest.(3)Through the analysis of GWR Model,the fitting degree and the accuracy of each variable interpretation are better than OLS regression model,furthermore,the impact of related industries on the comprehensive strength of sports industry is greater than social environment and sports basic resources.Compared with the regression coefficients of each influencing factor in 2013,the evolution trend of the spatial distribution of the regression coefficients of these three influencing factors in 2017 is shown as:increasing from southwest to northeast,increasing from northeast to west,increasing from west to East. |
