| In recent years, professional school education in Jiangsu has been developing fast, and its enrollment scale reaches almost as high level as the enrollment in high schools. Nurturing professionals with special technique and skills is an indispensable part of professional education. Thus educators in professional schools face an important mission: Implement highly efficient administration tailored to the needs of students in professional schools.Class plays a key role in students character fostering and education. A good class culture can enhance students'all-around development as well as the class administration efficiency. In contrast to high school education, class culture has not evolved well in professional schools; this makes it extremely difficult for class administration. Consequently, many scholars and educators propose the necessity of class culture nurturing and developing in professional schools to eradicate the disharmony in class culture construction and students education.This thesis, based on the analysis of students'data in Lianyungang Professional Education Center, aims to throw light on current problems in class culture construction in professional school education. Students'bad habit in daily activities, the blur prospect of career after graduation, all these problems contribute to the difficulty in professional school education. Good professional education should focus on creating a congenial professional culture, reestablish good class image, go career-oriented, certify class objective and lay down strict class rules. In the course of fostering professionals with good virtue and good habit schools should always stress the importance of good class professional culture and students'collective conscience and team work spirit.This thesis, using practical analysis, raises the concept of class culture construction and proposes new research notion and method. Specifically, this thesis points out the current problems in professional education and suggests constructive strategy from the perspective of professional culture nurturing, career planning, and developing of material culture, system culture and spiritual culture with professional school education characteristics. All of the theoretical research and induction in this thesis are based on the analysis of data collected from the observation of students'daily behavior, collection of questionnaires and interviews. |
