Education is the key to national development,and teachers is the key to the development of education,only good enough teachers,to make good students education,social demand for teachers encourage the production of the normal universities and teachers’professional,at present our country has many specialized in students education of normal colleges,cultivate the excellent teachers for the country.However,local comprehensive universities are not specialized in training normal university students.Compared with normal universities,there are still many deficiencies in the training of teaching practice ability of normal university students.The single form of educational skills training,few opportunities for specialized courses practice,and unreasonable arrangement of educational practice will all affect the development of normal university students after graduation.Based on the local comprehensive university Y university as the research object,combining the theory of teacher professional development,the theory of practice teaching and the new curriculum reform idea,based on the research of many scholars,based on the first of the selected topic research background,research significance,research purposes are simply described,and the local comprehensive universities at home and abroad and analyzes the research status quo of cultivating the ability of students in teaching practice,after practice ability of students in teaching has carried on the investigation and design,through the design simple questionnaires and interviews,to Y university students as the object of sampling survey of the current situation of local comprehensive university students practice ability training.Some data were obtained through questionnaire survey and interview,and detailed investigation was carried out on their ways of participating in teaching practice,the specific situation of educational practice and their own abilities,etc.The status quo of teaching practice ability training for normal university students in Y was analyzed,and the reasons for its existence were found.In the end,it is suggested to optimize the training of teaching practice ability of normal university students of Y university.It is believed that Y university should reasonably arrange the length of teaching practice to ensure that each internship lasts no less than three months,and the cooperative schools should constantly enrich the content and form of students’ practice,so as to improve students’ teaching practice ability from various aspects.And on consulting a large number of data and draw lessons from foreign advanced experience in education,on the basis of the suggestion of teaching practice base in university of Y,relying on and conditions of the education resources is important in practice,highly integrated talent education concept of teachers participate fully integrating educational resources and conditions,face-to-face in such aspects as concept,human as well as the mechanism and system makes the practice of teacher training education platform.At the same time,we should improve the teaching practice evaluation system with multiple participants,formulate the evaluation standards,restrict people by system,and promote people by system.It pays attention to the cultivation of students’ quality in the practice process,and strengthens the evaluation of the political ideology and academic ethics of the tutors on campus,the professional ethics and attitudes of the tutors off campus,and the cultural atmosphere of cooperative enterprises.
