| Cross-sport talent selection is a powerful measure taken by the state to strengthen the reserve talents of ice and snow sports when the 2022 Beijing winter Olympic Games are coming.Facing the situation of "strong ice and weak snow" in China’s winter sports,it is the main problem facing us that how to rapidly increase the talent reserve of China’s snow sports and improve the level of snow sports competition in the limited time.This study through the item selection mode will snow project and the combination of martial arts project,using literature,expert interview,field investigation,questionnaire survey method,with the core competitive ability between project characteristics as the breakthrough point,to across a selection of edge contact as the main line,analysis and research on the wushu athletes in a snow event in winter Olympic Games latent advantages that exist in the relationship.It aims to solve the problem of shortage of talents in winter sports to the greatest extent,to serve for the selection and training of talents for Beijing 2022 winter Olympic Games,and to provide a theoretical basis for successful cross-sports of wushu routine athletes in the current and post-winter Olympic era.Results :(1)The cross-item selection is mainly concentrated in the skills such as snowboarding and freestyle skiing,and the selection is mainly made by the athletes who have practiced the long boxing and the southern boxing.(2)Martial arts routines,snowboarding and freestyle skiing all belong to the skill dominant performance type,and have the same performance characteristics of competitive ability,which are embodied in three aspects: physical ability,skill and psychological ability.(3)There are 136 martial arts schools in China,with a total enrollment of hundreds of thousands.In terms of talent reserve,it has a huge cross-item selection of human resources,which is incomparable to other sports.(4)In domestic and foreign competitions,according to incomplete statistics,more than 20 wushu routine athletes have emerged on the ice and snow competition and achieved excellent results.Conclusion :(1)Martial arts set athletes mainly perform difficult and beautiful cross-sports in the dominant category of skills,and have a strong comprehensive physical quality,in line with the general physical quality requirements of competitive sports selection.Its unique and excellent quality provides talent support for cross-project material selection.(2)In China’s martial arts routine sports,"the number of people practicing is large,the selection scope of the project is wide,and the performance of the competition is rapidly improved".Liu jiayu,a famous snowboarder,has become a successful example of cross-sport talent selection for early wushu athletes in China.Under the current circumstances,it is completely possible to select the excellent athletes from the martial arts routine athletes,so as to provide fresh blood for the weak ice and snow sports in China.Research Suggestions :(1)Relevant departments should fully understand the superiority and feasibility of wushu in cross-item selection of snow sports,and continue to increase the publicity of cross-item selection,so that more wushu talents can participate in ice and snow sports.(2)Shall be carried out multi-level and multi-field wushu athletes across materials science studies,to strengthen the mining strength of wushu unique advantages in our country,our country to select physical quality strong,excellent professional skills,good foundation of sports talent into the winter project,enlarging the snow sports talent reserve forces.For the Beijing winter Olympic Games "to be a wonderful event,the participation should also be outstanding" to make due contributions. |
