A Study On The Path Of Ice And Snow Sports In Primary And Middle Schools In Harbin In The Background Of Beijing Winter Olympic Games

With the approach of the Beijing Winter Olympics,the construction target of China's sports has shifted from summer projects to winter projects.It is an important opportunity for China to develop winter sports and popularize ice and snow sports in primary and secondary schools.In 2019,the Ministry of Education and four other departments jointly issued the "Guidance on Accelerating the National Youth Ice and Snow Sports in Campus ".The country has once again released a strong signal to step up primary and secondary school ice and snow sports.Harbin City has a unique location and ice and snow resources known as the "Ice City",has a long history of ice and snow culture,with a good mass ice and snow sports base.It is also one of the first cities in China to incorporate snow and ice sports into primary and secondary schools.Therefore,this paper takes the ice and snow sports in primary and secondary schools in Harbin as the target of the study to investigate how holding the Beijing Winter Olympics affects the development of ice and snow sports in primary and secondary schools in Harbin.At the same time,it will find out the current development dilemma of ice and snow sports in primary and secondary schools in Harbin,and consider the feasible path of developing ice and snow in primary and secondary schools in view of the existing dilemma combined with the development opportunity of the Beijing Winter Olympics,to provide reference and reference for the development of ice and snow sports in primary and secondary schools in the northern region and even in China.This thesis is divided into eight parts to discuss and study ice and snow sports development in Harbin primary and secondary schools.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the background of developing ice and snow sports in primary and secondary schools and discusses the significance of the study.The second part is a literature review,which introduces the definition of concepts related to ice and snow sports and the current research status of scholars on the development of ice and snow sports and the development of ice and snow in primary and secondary schools at home and abroad.The third part is selecting the research object of this paper,and introduces the research methods that have been used.The fourth chapter is a survey of ice and snow sports in primary and secondary schools in Harbin,using the questionnaire method and fieldwork method to visit and investigate the current situation of ice and snow development in primary and secondary schools.Chapter 5summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of ice and snow sports development in primary and secondary schools in Harbin through SWOT analysis.The sixth chapter is the develqopment dilemma,finding the development dilemma by comparing the development status and advantages and disadvantages.The seventh part is the analysis of ice and snow sports development in primary and secondary schools in Harbin under the Winter Olympics background.The eighth chapter is the conclusion and recommendation of the whole text,summarizing the previous research results and putting forward opinions and recommendations on the development of ice and snow sports in primary and secondary schools in Harbin.Suggest: First,Harbin should clarify the development direction of ice and snow sports in primary and secondary schools,establish a long-term mechanism for ice and snow sports development in Harbin primary and secondary schools,after the Winter Olympics,the education of ice and snow sports in Harbin primary and secondary schools should be continued.Second,seize the opportunity for the country to actively host the Winter Olympic Game,increase the construction of ice and snow sports infrastructure in primary and secondary schools and talent funding,encourage the development of various forms of ice and snow sports industry projects,Third,Harbin should increase the promotion of the Winter Olympics,use the internet to promote talent ice and snow sports,carry out various forms of ice and snow sports classes,increase the training of ice and snow sports teachers.Fourth,change the outdated concept of ice and snow sports development in primary and secondary schools,carry out publicity meetings for ice and snow practitioners actively,change the old idea of learning only for scores.fifth,raise the safety level of ice and snow sports education in primary and secondary schools,the education department must fulfill the function of guarantee and supervision,reduce the hidden safety hazards in the construction of ice and snow sports fields,formulate rules and regulations for ice and snow sports education,schools and ice and snow sports teachers should be guided correctly to avoid sports injuries.
