The success of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics has given a huge boost to China’s political,economic and social development,promoting the rapid progress of ice and snow sports and the further development of national fitness in China.The successful conclusion of the Beijing Winter Olympics has left us with a rich Winter Olympics legacy,of which the post-competition use of ice and snow venues has become the focus of attention from all walks of life,and how to explore the functions and values of ice and snow venues in the post-Winter Olympics era and fully realise their economic and social benefits has become an urgent issue today.Based on this,this paper takes the post-competition utilization of the ice and snow stadiums of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games as the research object,and adopts the literature method,survey method(questionnaire survey method,interview method),case study method,mathematical and statistical method,comparative analysis method and logical analysis method,through the research on the current situation,problems and strategies of the post-competition utilization of the ice and snow stadiums of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Analysis of the current situation of the post-competition use and operation of the ice and snow stadiums of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games: in terms of the current situation of digital operation,the online booking function is immature,the booking channel is cumbersome,and some venues have not opened this function,and the phenomenon of "crowded" offline ticket purchase is frequent;the preliminary construction cost of intelligent facilities is huge,resulting in high costs in the later stage of facilities in terms of daily maintenance and operation;athletes use digital facilities during training with low frequency and daily maintenance lags.The problem of athletes using digital facilities during training is low and routine maintenance is lagging behind.In terms of the current situation of industrial operation,the number of sports events held is relatively small and the venues are concentrated,and due to the impact of the new epidemic,there are only a few high-level sports events held,and the influence of the events is insufficient;the frequency of events and performances is low,the actual income is not high,and it is difficult to balance the demands of multiple operating and management bodies;the development of national fitness sports is not stable due to the fact that some of the snow venues are located in the suburbs,and the consumer groups are not stable;some of the venues do not have a seasonal basis.Some of the venues lack experience in four-season operation,and the post-competition function conversion needs to be improved.The current situation of training and operation of competitive talents: less training for young people in ice and snow sports,lack of composite professionals;fewer youth-oriented events,youth sports and cultural exchanges in the three regions are affected,and cultural construction is not deep enough.2.Analysis of the problems in the post-competition use of ice and snow stadiums in the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics: among the problems in digital operation,the online booking function is underdeveloped and the booking operation process is cumbersome;the construction cost of intelligent facilities is high and the post-competition maintenance generates high costs;the frequency of using digital training facilities is low and daily maintenance is lagging behind.Among the problems in industrialised operation,the number of sports events held is insufficient and the number of high-level events held is low;the frequency of events held is low and it is difficult to balance the demands of multiple governance bodies;the location of venues is suburbanised and the consumer groups are not stable enough;the experience in four-season operation is insufficient and the conversion of functions after the competition needs to be improved.Among the problems in the training and operation of competitive talents,there are fewer training institutions for ice and snow sports,and there is a lack of professional talents in the venues;the supply of youth events is insufficient,and the main body of some events is not clear.3.Analysis of strategies to improve the post-competition use of ice and snow venues in the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games: in the digital operation improvement strategy,open online booking function,improve the booking service process;clarify the positioning of the venues,diversify development to achieve efficient revenue;improve the digital facilities use management system,regular equipment maintenance and system upgrades.In terms of industrial operation and improvement strategy,we will actively organise high-level sporting events to support the venues;optimise and improve the governance model of multiple subjects and accelerate the construction of professional operation teams for the venues;promote the synergistic development of the venues in the three major competition zones to enhance the stickiness and stability of the consumption of all people;and create an all-season operation model to promote the conversion of diversified functions.In terms of improving the strategy of training and operation of competitive talents,strengthening the introduction of professional talents and improving the training mechanism of stadium talents;expanding the supply channels of event resources and improving the construction of youth event system. |
