| Purpose and significance:In-depth study of the competitive ability structure of technical difficult-to-beauty snow events,and analysis of the relationship between cross-sports selection and traditional selection.Determine the indexes of the crosssports selection of young athletes in the skill-type difficult and beautiful snow sports and the importance and weight value of each index,so as to provide theoretical and application basis for subsequent selection and athlete training.Research method:This study uses expert interview method to determine the selection indicators for skill-based athletes in difficult and beautiful snow events,questionnaire survey method,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight and importance of the selection indicators and indicators.The test method tests the athlete’s body shape,basic physical fitness and specific physical fitness indicators,and the mathematical analysis method performs statistical analysis of the test data.The subjects of the study included Cross-sports selection index for young athletes in the skill-based difficult-to-beauty snow sports,and 40 athletes in the technical and difficult-to-beauty snow sports of the Hebei Winter Sports Management Center.Research results:(1)Summarize and summarize the competitive ability characteristics of technical difficult and beautiful snow events.The competition process of technical difficult and beautiful snow events includes four stages:starting,sliding,aerial action and landing.The competition is scored by referees and requirements Athletes are of moderate build,with good anaerobic capacity,body control ability,explosive power of lower limbs,mental toughness and self-confidence.(2)Preliminarily determine the cross-sports selection indicators and the weights of each indicator for young athletes in the difficult and beautiful snow sports of my country.There are four first-level indicators,including physical shape(7.31%),basic physical fitness(20.95%),specific physical fitness(49.80%)and psychological indicators(21.94%);13 second-level indicators,including length(27.21%),circumference Degree(27.69%),fullness(45.10%),strength(13.14%),speed(11.21%),sensitivity(14.84%),flexibility(15.18%),balance(38.21%,endurance(6.74%),movement control(57.53%),landing stability(42.47%),reaction time(32.44%)and personality psychology(67.56%).29 three-level indicators,including height(36.02%),lower limb length(63.98%),lower limb circumference(100%),weight(26.22%),body fat percentage(73.78%),abdominal muscle endurance(10.48%),back muscle endurance(12.70%),relative value of squat(23.40%),relative value of bench press(23.40)%),pull-ups(8.80%),vertical jump(21.14%),30-meter run(100%);hexagonal jump(67.58%),T-run(32.42%),20-meter turnback(100%)),stand on one foot with eyes closed(100%);sitting position forward bending(44.18%),shoulder and hip joint range of motion(22.68%),cross fork and vertical fork(37.14%),squat with balance board weight(14.52%),Trampoline forward somersault(23.67%),trampoline back somersault(29.91%),optional trampoline exercise(31.90%),Y balance test(60.9%),modified BASS test(30.10%);simple reaction(30.53%),selective reaction Time(69.47%),self-confidence(24.50%),stability(45.30%)and mental toughness(30.19%).Research conclusions:(1)Summarize and sort out the competitive ability characteristics of difficult and beautiful snow events in the skill category.Stability,difficulty,accuracy,and beauty are the winning rules of this category.The athletes are required to have a moderate body shape,a large proportion of lean body mass,and good performance.His body control ability,powerful lower limb explosiveness and core strength,strong self-confidence and mental toughness.(2)According to the sports ability characteristics of the event,a clear and relatively independent cross-sports selection index for young athletes in the difficult-and-beautiful technical snow sports event was determined.Among them,there are 4 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators,and 30 third-level indicators.The weight and importance of each index in the cross-item selection index for young athletes in the skill-based difficult-to-beauty snow event are determined.Laid a foundation for the formulation of selection criteria. |
