In this study, the common training methods of lower limbs were combined with unilateral training movement mode, and unilateral lower limb strength training was used for experimental intervention. And compared with the intervention effect of bilateral lower limb strength training,in order to explore whether single and bilateral lower limb strength training will have different effects on the lower limb explosive force, and then the effect on the moving speed,to develop a more targeted lower limb strength training method for the development of men’s volleyball athletes moving speed. In this study, the expert interview method, literature method and experimental method were used to complete the eight-week experimental intervention of unilateral and bilateral lower limb strength training for 12 men’s volleyball athletes of Beijing sport university with the same load and different training movement patterns. The test data of the lower extremity explosive force indexes(bilateral legs, dominant leg squats(CMJ)test indexes and weight bearing squats(1RM)and volleyball specific moving speed indexes(30-meter sprint,half-meter word movement and 36-meter movement)of the athletes in the experimental group and control group were collected and processed by mathematical statistics. The research results are as follows:1.There were significant differences in the data of the weight bearing squat of1 RM and "take-off height","instantaneous off-platform speed","relative power" of bilateral legs and dominant legs in the two groups; There were significant differences in the 30 meter sprint, half meter word movement and 36 meter movement index data between the two groups.2.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the lifting amplitude of 1RM in weight squat; There was no significant difference in "take-off height","instantaneous off-platform speed" and "relative power" in the CMJ test between the two groups. The athletes of the two groups showed significant differences in the elevation of "take-off height" and "off-platform instantaneous speed" in the CMJ test. The athletes of the two groups had significant difference in the speed improvement of 30 meter sprint, half meter word movement and 36 meter movement. The research conclusions are as follows:1.Both unilateral lower limb strength training and bilateral lower limb strength training can significantly improve the moving speed of men’s volleyball athletes. There is a significant difference between the two training methods in the improvement of the moving speed.2.Both single and bilateral lower limb strength training can significantly improve the maximum lower limb strength of men’s volleyball athletes, and there is no significant difference between the two training methods in the elevation of the maximum lower limb strength of men’s volleyball athletes.3.Both single and double leg strength training can significantly improve the explosive force of both legs and dominant legs of men’s volleyball players. There was no significant difference between the two training methods in the lifting amplitude of the explosive force of both legs.In the lifting amplitude of the explosive force of dominant legs, the unilateral lower limb strength training was superior to the bilateral lower limb strength training.
