Research On The Influence Of Method Of Jumping Into Plyometrics On Women Volleyball Players’ Moving Speed

In recent years,with the rapid development of volleyball selection,training and competition,its development trend shows diversification and three-dimensional characteristics.At the same time,the new era also puts forward higher requirements for the special physical training methods of volleyball.By comparing the two methods of physical training,jumping into plyometrics and conventional training,this paper formulates a teaching experiment plan.After analyzing the experimental data,it can be found that there are significant differences between the two training methods on the movement speed of high-level female volleyball players in Colleges and universities,and the improvement of their explosive power of lower limbs.The improvement of the special movement speed of volleyball players is more obvious in the rapid expansion combined training.This research adopts the methods of documentation,delphi method,mathematical statistics,measurement and experiment,and makes the teaching experiment plan by using the methods of jumping into plyometrics and conventional training.It makes a comprehensive test and in-depth comparative analysis on the special movement speed and lower limb explosive force of high-level female volleyball players in Jilin University before and after the experiment.The subjects of the experiment were 20 high-level female volleyball players from Jilin University.The author divided them into control group and experimental group randomly,and analyzed the homogeneity of variance.Among them,the experimental group used the rapid expansion combined training method,while the control group used the conventional training method.After 8 weeks of training experiment,four indicators of movement speed and two indicators of lower limb explosive force were tested,and the data were compared and analyzed by using reasonable statistical analysis method.The following conclusions were drawn:1.After the experiment,the speed of movement and explosive power of lower limbs of the experimental group and the control group using jumping into plyometrics method have been improved,and the increase of the experimental group is more obvious than that of the control group.2.There was no significant difference between the two groups before the experiment,but there was significant difference after the experiment.In the analysis of the difference between rapid stretching combined training and routine training,there was no significant difference between the test indexes of 30-meter race and run-up height(p > 0.05).However,it can be concluded from the increase of the experimental results that the rapid stretching combined training can improve the athlete’s performance more obviously than the conventional training.3.In the test of moving speed index,there is no statistical significance between the test index of 30 meters running and the explosive force of lower limbs.In the control group,the T-type running index was moderately correlated with the standing long jump index,while the half-meter moving running index and the three-meter moving running index were highly correlated with the T-type running index.The indexes of T-type running,half-meter-type moving running and three-meter moving running in the experimental group were highly correlated.The indexes of T-type running,half-meter moving running and three-meter moving running in the control group were moderately correlated with the index of run-up height.The indexes of T-type running and 3-meter mobile running in the experimental group were moderately correlated with run-up height,while those of half-meter mobile running were highly correlated with them.
