| The real-time playback system,also known as "eagle eye",came into being with the development of science and technology and competitive sports.With the improvement of CBA League and the ability level of athletes,the introduction of high-level foreign aid,the competition is more and more intense.At this time,the disputes on the competition field need to use the "eagle eye" to assist the referee to judge,or the coach to take this system to protect the legitimate rights and interests of his team.Since the introduction of real-time playback system into CBA League in2014-2015,after five seasons of development,although the system is becoming mature,the author found some problems and their impact on its application during the2018-2019 cba League.How to make good use of the system in CBA league matches and reduce its adverse effects is particularly important for the sustainable and healthy development of CBA league matches.This paper analyzes the application of real-time playback system in 2018-2019 cba League by using the methods of literature,mathematical statistics,video observation,field investigation and case analysis,and draws the following conclusions:1.There is a problem of illegal use,the reasons are: the referee did not give the initial penalty before use;the referee and coach did not use and apply the system within the specified time and conditions.2.Whether it is the referee’s review or the coach’s challenge,the change rate is more than 50%.According to this,the real-time playback system has a high value in maintaining the fairness and justice of the game,and its importance is self-evident.3.On average,63.7s will be used each time,which will not affect the consistency of the competition in general;the success rate of challenge is more than50%.Based on the referee,it is of great value in maintaining the fairness and justice of the competition,correcting the misjudgment,correcting the misjudgment and assisting the referee in the judgment,and also challenges the authority of the referee.Based on the coach,the legitimate rights and interests of the team are safeguarded.Based on the athletes,it can effectively regulate their technical movements and avoid dangerous movements such as hurting players.4.There are some problems in the process of application or providing pictures for the real-time playback system,no matter the referee or the TV broadcasting team.In the aspect of referees,there is no preliminary judgment,no clear and regular gesture signal for playback,no headset for effective communication,too long time for review and no final judgment.The performance of the television broadcasting team is:the enabling process is not captured,the provided playback picture has a closed angle,the effective playback picture information is not provided,and the placement of the real-time playback display is unreasonable. |
