With the development of educational informationization,online learning system is playing an increasingly important role in the field of education,and it is also evolving towards diversification.In recent years,Online Learning System is welcomed by various institutions in the field of education at home and abroad,and as an important tool of the online learning system's social module,the Online Learning System Instant Messaging Tool(OLSIMT)also gradually become popular in education.As an interactive tool,social media has a large user base,which makes it widely used in the field of education,and high user utilization.In contrast,the high penetration and the low utilization rate of instant messaging tool of online learning system is significant.The role of OLSIMT in the field of re education should not be underestimated.At present,it can provide interaction function for teachers and students in different teaching scenarios,and adapt to the change of teaching mode.In the long run,education will develop towards lifelong learning in the future,and the personal learning environment created with OLSIMT is an important tool for achieving this ultimate goal.Especially in the special period of the epidemic in 2020,OLSIMT plays an increasingly important role in distance education and online education.Based on the above background,this study takes the instant messaging tool in the online teaching platform of Normal University cloud classroom as the research object,trying to find out the factors that affect users' continuous use of OLSIMT,and put forward optimization strategies.In this study,a large number of Chinese and English literatures were obtained by literature research method,and the important factors affecting the use of OLSIMT by college students were determined by combining the features of cloud classroom instant messaging tools.The specific research process is as follows.First of all,explore the objective factors that affect the use of users.The Research takes the instant messaging tool "chatting" as the research object,,and derives the usage data of student from the background.After data preprocessing with Python,it analyzes the use status of chat in teachers and students,and uses ANOVA and t-test to explore the objective human factors that affect the usage of users.Secondly,explore the factors that influence users' willingness to use.According to the research objectives,this paper proposes a conceptual model to explore the factors that influence users' willingness to use OLSIMT continuously.The model refers to the success model of D&M information system and the theory of expectation confirmation.In addition,Combined with the maturity scale and the characteristics of the research object,a questionnaire was designed.The questionnaire is distributed and collected online through the cloud classroom.And the structural equation model was used to modify the theoretical model and verify the hypothesis.Finally,the above two parts of data are comprehensively analyzed.By combining the objective factors affecting the use of users with the subjective factors,this paper determines the influencing factors affecting the use of cloud classroom instant messaging tools among college students and their relationships,and proposes relevant strategies to improve the utilization rate of OLSIMT.The results show that:Background data verify the low enthusiasm and participation of teachers and students in using OLSIMT.Date analysis shows that except for gender and grade,users' use of OLSIMT is not affected by other factors.In addition,Compared with social media,the information sent by users using OLSIMT has a strong purpose of learning,but lacks immediate feedback,which cannot meet the personalized and diversified interaction needs of students.The other is that as an asynchronous communication tool,forum,its usage rate is far higher than that of instant messaging tool chatting in cloud classroom,which is related to the activity of students' forum,which is the course performance index,and this provides reference for improving the usage rate,users' stickiness and data utilization rate of OLSIMT.
