The guiding outline for the teaching of physical education courses in the national colleges and universities points out that the teaching of physical education should pay attention to the individualization and diversity of teaching methods and means,and give full play to the creativity of students,the interaction between teachers and students and students,and advocate efforts to build open and inquiry teaching.In order to follow the guiding outline and implement the opinions into the teaching practice,we should start with the original teaching practice and teaching means.In today's information age,modern science and technology gradually introduced into teaching,the teaching of e-education and innovation,from the 1980 s to now widely used in teaching,the combination of science and technology and tradition to assist physical education teaching,and video playback system teaching means is the extension and innovation of e-education teaching.Combined with the development of college physical education,it can be seen that badminton general course is an important course in college physical education teaching,but the current badminton curriculum offers relatively few courses and hours,coupled with the flexibility of badminton technology and has certain difficulty,it is difficult for conventional teaching to achieve the ideal teaching effect,Students can not quickly understand the technical links and master skills,teachers teaching is also in the explanation,error correction,explanation in the repeated cycle,to a certain extent,increased the teaching tasks of teachers,on this basis in physical education in the use of video playback system teaching means.The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of video playback system on the teaching of badminton in colleges and universities,and to explore the feasibility of this method to improve the technology of badminton beginners.Increasing the interaction between teachers and students,so that in the teaching process to better reflect the students as the main body,teacher-oriented teaching philosophy.To improve students' understanding and mastery of sports skills,the most important thing is to train students to improve their self-learning cognition and self-learning ability in the process of sports skills formation.The significance of the study lies in shooting and playing back the students' technical actions during the practice of students,so that students can establish action appearances in their minds,and clear the technical action under the guidance of teachers,and increase the communication and interaction between teachers and students,so as to cultivate students' ability to realize technology,independent learning and cooperative communication in the learning process.Maximize the use of modern technology,verify and promote the role of this application in teaching.The research object of this paper is the effect of video playback system on the application effect in the teaching of badminton in colleges and universities.The research methods are literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and teaching experiments.According to the results of the study,the use of video playback system ishelpful to students' understanding and mastering of badminton technology,to increase communication between teachers and students,and to enhance students' cognitive ability of technology,self-learning and self-learning.The findings:1.The improvement effect of video playback system on students' badminton technology is better than that of conventional teaching.2.Video playback system effectively improves students' cognition of badminton skills,self-learning state,level and so on.but the effect is not as good as the use of video playback system teaching means.3.Video playback system improves students' autonomous learning ability better than conventional teaching improves students' autonomous learning ability.
