Pressure exercise is a training method of conventional strength training for pressure intervention.Japanese Dr.Yoshiaki sato invented and created a professional pressure equipment and training method. The principle of this method is to artificially exert pressure on the target muscle to limit the blood flow in the subject’s limbs,so the pressure training method is also known as "blood flow restriction training".This paper USES the methods of literature, expert interview, experimental research and mathematical statistics. The research objects selected in this study are 12 students majoring in swimming in the class of 2018.The 12 subjects were randomly divided into two groups. Before the start of the training cycle,to unified index test of12 subjects, selected the corresponding indicators have arm muscle circumference(arm, forearm)degrees, decubitus rowing movement biggest upper limbs maximum tensile strength, water, power decline rate in prone position row action 10 times sitting before pushing medicine ball distance,50 meters crawl performance, etc.Experimental group and control group in formal training of athletes training intensity of 15 rm(the experimental group and control group before the start of every athlete in the training cycle do when the load weight of the measured pressure intervention),each time for 5 groups, experimental group each group of eight times, intermittent time 3 minutes between groups, training action for decubitus rowing action, training three times a week, and experimental period of 6 weeks. After analyzing the test data, the following conclusions are made:(1)The change effect of pressure training on upper limb muscle girth of swimming students was similar to that of routine training without pressure intervention.(2)In terms of maximum upper limb strength, generally speaking, the horizontal rowing movement raining under pressure intervention has obvious improvement effect on the maximum upper limb strength of swimming students.(3)The horizontal rowing movement training under the pressure intervention has a very positive effect on the upper limb explosive force of swimming students.(4))In terms of endurance of upper limb muscle explosive force,it is concluded that the pressure intervention of lying rowing movement training has no obvious effect on the endurance improvement of upper limb muscle explosive force of swimming students.(5)As there are many factors restricting the improvement of sports performance, only 6 weeks of pressure intervention rowing exercise training has no obvious effect on the improvement of swimming performance, but it can better improve the performance of swimming students.(6)Generally speaking, when the training intensity is exhausted by the athletes, the horizontal rowing training under pressure intervention has a better effect on the upper body strength training of swimming students than the conventional non-pressure training.(7)the training period of pressure and resistance training for horizontal rowing movement should not be shorter than six weeks.(8)the horizontal rowing motion under pressure intervention has less stimulation to bone tissue, which is conducive to the prevention and treatment of athletes’ injuries.(9)the recumbent rowing under pressure intervention has fewer repetitions, which is conducive to the recovery of fatigue. |
