Objective: in the training,the reasonable pressure intervention can improve the training effect.There has been a lot of evidence in previous studies that pressure training can bring more positive training effect than ordinary training,but the effect difference of pressure intervention in different training periods is not clear,and most of the studies are only aimed at the strength quality of lower limbs,and whether the training effect has position difference is not clear.In this study,the effects of different pressure duration on the upper limb muscle endurance,maximum strength and explosive force of athletes were discussed,in order to provide the corresponding theoretical and practical basis for the implementation of pressure training.Methods:by consulting the literature and consulting the relevant experts,we determined the more reasonable experimental steps and implementation methods,and through the experimental comparison method,we conducted 6-week interval training intervention on 32 athletes in four groups with the same content,studied the influence of different pressure periods on the strength quality of athletes’ upper limb muscle endurance,maximum strength and explosive force,analyzed and compared the subjects’ performance in Training pressure intervention,intermittent pressure intervention and training pressure × intermittent pressure dry pre training promotion effect,and through the factorial design to explore the interaction between the two factors.The results show that:1.In the control group,although the athletes also had 6 weeks interval training,but only the muscle endurance increased significantly,the change of maximum strength and power output of lying push was not significant;2.The influence of different pressure time on the strength quality of athletes is not the same.Only in the process of training,pressurization did not cause athletes to have more significant training effect than the control group.During the interval,the average power and maximum power of athletes increased more significantly than other groups.In addition to the improvement of muscle endurance,athletes who have experienced the whole process compression have more significant effects on the improvement of maximum strength,average power and maximum power.Conclusion: rope throwing training combined with HIIT can effectively improve the upper limb muscle endurance and strength quality of the subjects;intermittent pressure can effectively improve the training effect of various strength quality,and can play a main role in the impact of the whole process of pressure on each quality;the training effect of training pressure compared with no pressure is very small;intermittent pressure and training plus There is no interaction effect in the process of training.
