Abstract/Summary:
Research purpose: Early childhood is an important period for the development of basic human movements. However, most of the researches on the development of young children’s movements in the field of sports and health in China remain at the macro level, and there are few studies on specific development methods. Therefore, based on the analysis of the mobile action scores of 5-6 years old children, this study explores the impact of football games on the development of 5-6 years old children’s mobile action, and designs a 12-week football game program for empirical research.Research methods: This article uses the literature method, field observation method, and expert interview method to understand the content setting of 5-6 years old children’s football games, the choice of course practice density, and the scientificity of test scale selection.Feasibility of developing mobile movements for children 5-6 years old and designing a football game plan;48 children(24 in the experimental group and24 in the control group)were experimentally intervened for 12 weeks(twice a week)using experimental methods. The class content of the experimental group is the football game designed in this article, and the control group is based on the Kindergarten outline. The mathematical statistics method is used to compare and analyze the mobile movement development data of the experimental group and the control group.Research results:(1)There is a certain difference in the average score increase of children’s various mobile actions after playing a football game. The average scores of children’s running, forward sliding,one-foot jump and standing long jump have increased by 2.17,2.16,2.46 and 2.12 points, and the average scores of jumping and sidesteps increased by 1.75 points and 1 point respectively before the experiment.(2)The scores of children’s running, forward slip, single foot jump, bouncing, standing long jump and side slip after football game were all significantly improved than before the experiment(P <0.01).(3)There is no significant difference in the effects of football games on children of different genders(P> 0.05),but there is a certain increase in the scores of boys and girls in running,one-foot jump, bouncing, standing long jump, and side slipping. The difference in value added was 0.51,0.26,0.32,0.25 and 0.32.Research conclusions:(1)Football games have different degrees of promotion for the development of different mobile actions for children aged 5-6 years.Compared with the pre-experiment: after the experiment, the growth of young children’s running, forward sliding,single-foot jumping and standing long jump is relatively high, the jumping growth is relatively low,and the growth of side sliding moves is the lowest.(2)Football games can effectively promote the development of 5-6 years old children’s mobile movements. The specific performance is as follows: after the experiment, the children’s run, forward slide,one-foot jump, bouncing, standing long jump, and side slide movement development have been obtained the very noticeable improvement.(3)An experiment on the effects of football games on the development of mobile movements of 5-6 years old children. After testing,it was found that the gender difference of the children was not obvious.
