| Purpose: Sensitive quality belongs to a comprehensive physical quality.Strength, speed, flexibility, endurance, balance, response and coordination are all closely related to sensitivity. However,if you want to develop children’s physical fitness, sensitive training is one of the most effective methods.Football is a skill-based confrontational project, which has high requirements for the overall physical fitness of each athlete.Sensitive quality training requires comprehensive exercise of the body, especially the control of the human body’s nervous system;and the practice of sensitive quality in football training is the focus of the initial stage. Therefore, this study conducted football intervention for primary school students without sports experience, compared the changes in the sensitivity of primary and secondary students before and after the intervention, and examined the impact of football intervention on the sensitive quality of the subjects..Methods: Thirty children aged 6-8 years without sports experience were randomly divided into group A(football intervention group),group B(traditional sensitive intervention group),and group C(blank control group).Conduct an 8-week experiment, and then analyze and study the changes of the subject’s sensitive quality before and after the intervention from the two aspects of the ability to change direction and the ability to change movement in the sensitive quality before and after the experimental intervention. The specific test method is to change the direction. The ability test uses the Illinois test and the T-run test, and the change action ability test uses the 15-second stand-up test and the hexagon test. These four tests are used as a method to evaluate the sensitive quality index. Results: The test results of group A before and after the intervention had significant differences in the ability to change direction and change the ability to test, indicating that the test scores before and after the experimental intervention increased significantly. There was no significant difference in the ability to change direction and change the ability of the test before and after the intervention in the two groups, indicating that the test results before and after the experimental intervention had a small improvement. The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)Football training is better than traditional sensitive training methods for improving the ability of 6-8 year olds to change direction.(2)Football training is better than traditional sensitive training methods for improving the ability of 6-8 year olds to change movements.(3)Football training can greatly arouse the enthusiasm and interest of children6-8 years old in sports practice, and reduce the number of students’ distractions in class. |
