Reasearch On The Impact Of College Students,entrepreneurship Policy, Entrepreneurial Prototype On Entrepreneurial Intention

With the changing of China’s economic and social situation, the great effects of entrepreneurship on economic growth taking more and more attention. At the same time, With the continuous enrollment expansion of colleges and the structural surplus of college graduates,college students’ employment problem is highlighted. To encourage college students self-employment, can both create more jobs and wealth for society, and alleviate the problem of employment. Therefore, Governments at all levels have mounted a series of policy provide support and encouragement to promote college students’ entrepreneurship. In spite of this, there are still many gaps in Proportion of college students’ entrepreneurship compared with China and the developed countries. So analyze how the college students entrepreneurship policy works to promote entrepreneurship become the urgent matter, Study on the internal mechanism of this effect is of great significance.In this paper, from the cognitive perspective, based on social cognitive theory and pattern recognition theory, the research object is the benefit object in Hangzhou college students entrepreneurship policy. On the basis of theoretical analysis, through the questionnaire survey, the paper distributed and recycled 219 copies effective questionnaire, carried out the empirical analysis and hypothesis testing on the sample data by SPSS, studied the influence of college students entrepreneurship policy on entrepreneurial intention and the intermediary role of prototype of entrepreneurial opportunities in the process. Study draws the following conclusion: Firstly, college students entrepreneurship policy and its dimensions have significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. Secondly, college students entrepreneurship policy has significant positive effects on entrepreneurial opportunities prototype, Among them,project support policy have significant positive influence on the three dimensions of entrepreneurial opportunities prototype, but system support policy only have significant positive influence on the content richness and the clarity of framework,and the influence on internal focus degree is not signigicant. Thirdly, entrepreneurial opportunities prototype and its three dimensions have significant positive effects onentrepreneurial intention. Fourthly, In addition to the internal focus degree don’t take the intermediary role in system support policy and entrepreneurial intention, the three dimensions of entrepreneurial opportunities prototype all take partial intermediary role in college students entrepreneurship policy and entrepreneurial intention.This study spun off college students entrepreneurship policy from entrepreneurial environment and import entrepreneurial opportunities prototype as intermediary variable at the same time, make its dimensions more clear, on this basis reveal the influence mechanism of college students entrepreneurship policy and prototype of entrepreneurial opportunities on entrepreneurial intention, open up a new perspective on research of entrepreneurship policy and entrepreneurship intention. At the same time, according to the research conclusion, this study proposed that on the one hand,government and business management organizations should introduce system support policies continue, to improve the knowledge and cognitive level of entrepreneurs. On the other hand, they should expand the scope of the project support policy and strengthen the strength of project support policy to improve The feasibility of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs’ risk cognition.
