| In recent years,with the increase of the number of college graduates,the employment situation is becoming severe increasingly.The government proposed to promote employment through entrepreneurship.With the continuous improvement of the state’s concern about college students’ Entrepreneurship,the broadening of the scope of entrepreneurship education and the number of college students has increased year by year,the entrepreneurial rate of college students has been improved.Our government has constantly introduced policies to support college students’entrepreneurship.This thesis aims to study the influencing factors of College Students’ entrepreneurial intention and the effect of entrepreneurial policy in college students’entrepreneurship,which helps to explore college students’ entrepreneurship further,and helps governments and universities to develop more appropriate and effective entrepreneurial policies.In this thesis,some college students are interviewed in Ningde City,Fujian Province,and 306 college students in N college,are investigated,and the data collected from the questionnaire are analyzed statistically.It is concluded that personality traits are significantly related to entrepreneurial self-efficacy of college students,that there are obvious differences in entrepreneurial intentions of college students in different environments,and that the basic premise and key to success in entrepreneurship are entrepreneurial resources.College students can not do without the support of entrepreneurship policy.This thesis probes into the theoretical basis and necessity of college students’entrepreneurship policy support,and points out the current problems of college students’entrepreneurship policy on the basis of investigation and research:College students’entrepreneurship education is in its infancy and teachers are lacking;The amount of fund support is small and the threshold is high;The incentive mechanism for college students’undertaking is not yet perfect;The incubating conditions are limited.And the causes of the problem are analyzed.Finally,according to the results of the study,we make some suggestions for the government and the College students’ entrepreneurship policy from the perspective of the college workers. |
