A Study On The Construction Of Campus Culture System In Private Colleges And Universities

This thesis takes advantage of the concept of research mechanism as the starting point,discusses the concept,features,functions and mechanism constructions of the campus culture,and analyzes the necessity of building the campus culture in private colleges and universities.It presents the main problems of the campus culture in private colleges and universities in terms of operation,construction and security,such as the imperfect decision-making system,the unreasonable operating mechanism,lack of motivation in main body,lack of planning mechanism,lack of investment,unreasonable evaluation mechanism and the imperfect institutional culture.This thesis demonstrates the effective ways and methods of the campus cultural mechanism construction from perspectives of campus culture,construction and security mechanism of private colleges and universities.From the perspective of culture mechanism operation,strengthen the system of board of direction,optimize the principal governance mechanism and establish the multi-party coordination mechanism under the leadership of the Party committee;from the perspective of the culture mechanism construction,establish the comprehensive planning and implementation mechanism,optimize teacher-student’s main body motivation mechanism;from the perspective of cultural security mechanism,optimize the capital investment mechanism,incentive mechanism and the system security mechanism.
