Research On Project Management Of Campus Cultural Activities In Private Colleges And Universities

Along with the science and education in recent years,China's economic take-off and strategy is put forward,more non-government college education arise and become the backbone of our country's higher education,however these non-government college usually faced with school time is shorter,culture is not deep,put less awkward situation,construction of campus culture to gain social acceptance,stronger absorption of high quality students,run by the university to take new ideas for cultural activity management is imperative.With the increase of private colleges education experience,soft environment for culture and deepening understanding of the education function of university culture,the connotation of the non-government college culture construction is accelerating.University's core competence is mainly manifested in the connotation of the construction level,the construction of campus culture is an important role.However,campus cultural activities usually focuses on the study of public colleges and universities,and private colleges and universities is an important part of Chinese education,but its development and operation mechanism is different.The author combines own work experience,the connotation,the development of private universities campus culture activities present situation,existing problems and reasons are analyzed,and the private management system of university campus culture activities are discussed in this paper.In this paper,from the theoretical level of project management,including its internal form,find out the common ground between the two,from a new Angle of view to strengthen management,completes the service.In project management,the paper expounds the feasibility of establishing good management mode.Especially during its 10 th anniversary party USES the project management pattern in the activities of each step process of precise management,feasibility verification and critics of all stripes are obtained.This article attempts to is an innovative activity,for other similar colleges and universities to carry out similar management activities provide a theoretical basis and practical experience.
