Discourse is the expression of the problems of the times,and the times are the basis for the formation of discourse.What are the institutional advantages of socialism,and how to summarize and express them,are the questions that Chinese Communists have been thinking about.Entering a new era,China’s economy has taken off,its reputation has grown,and it has played an increasingly important role on the world stage.What are the advantages of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,how to summarize and express them,this is not only related to the establishment of institutional
