Research On The Influence Of Legal Environment On Entrepreneurship

Since Reform and Opening up,China’s economic growth has obtained the China’s "miracle",under the background of the depth adjustment of the world economy,China’s economy is going through from the traditional economy to industrialization,industrialization and informatization after economic transition period,high quality development inevitably become the main content of the current reform,leave the entrepreneurship on economic role,How entrepreneurship can be used effectively becomes the focus of attention.The construction of the rule of law in China has achieved a stage victory,more and more profound role in China’s economic construction.Reviewing the previous studies,it is found that when scholars discuss the influence of institutions on entrepreneurship,most of them take the rule of law environment as an important part of the institutional environment,but the direct study of the rule of law environment on entrepreneurship is a little insufficient.Therefore,this paper directly focuses on the study of the influence of legal environment on entrepreneurship,and explores the internal influence mechanism of legal environment on entrepreneurship.Firstly,the concept of legal environment and entrepreneurship is defined by combing relevant literature.Secondly,based on the principles of fairness,justice and efficiency,from the perspective of law and economics,transaction cost theory,property rights theory and institutional change theory are used as the theoretical basis to analyze the internal mechanism of the influence of legal environment on entrepreneurship.Then,the development process,status quo and problems of the legal environment and entrepreneurship since China’s reform and opening up are sorted out and summarized.Then,choose the national provincial panel data in 2010-2019 by multiple linear regression analysis to verify the rule of law environment influence on entrepreneurship,and the country is divided into eastern,central,west,northeast four area region heterogeneity test further validation of the rule of law environment difference influence on entrepreneurial spirit,the research conclusion,And put forward further improve the legal environment,promote entrepreneurship policy suggestions.Through the rule of law environment impact of entrepreneurship research,enrich the basic theory related to entrepreneurship and the rule of law environment,broaden the research perspective of the theory of law and economics,and on this basis to further enhance the level of the rule of law,government service function,build good environment for the development of the enterprise to all kinds of system of ownership,the construction of the enterprise survival and development environment in our country under the rule of law,give full play to and carry forward entrepreneur spirit effectively and provide countermeasure suggestion for reference.
