Privately owned enterprises, as a new event, have experienced 25 years after reformation and open with growing up from small to big, weak to strong. It plays an important role in Chinese market economy and becomes an important element of national economy. It also plays an important role in the development of social productivity. Many policies have been made in encouraging and supporting privately owned enterprises. In this good environment, lots of people start their own business. How to create new business? How to deal with the new business correctly? By investigation with starting from the privately owned enterprises'carving-out, the writer illuminates that the carving-out is an economic activity. The writer also analyzes that the carving-out activities are related with the environment and the carving-out model selected by the people. The carving-out is always the topic that people talk about. Courage is required for people to carve out. So it is the chance. The carving-out will be very difficult without good business opportunity. The article includes five parts. Part one describes the connotation of the carving-out of privately owned enterprises with detailed analysis on motivation and behavior of the carving-out. Part two analyzes the current situation of the carving-out privately owned enterprises with comparing them with that in other countries and further points out that the carving-out in China is mainly focusing on the survival of the enterprise so as to analyze the issues existing in the carving-out privately owned enterprises. Part three analyzes with the demonstration the issues that affect the carving-out of privately owned enterprise. Various environmental factors that are faced in the carving-out are mainly analyzed.
