Research On The Long-term Mechanism For Consolidating And Expanding The Achievements Of Poverty Alleviation ——Taking G County In J Province As An Example

At present,China’s poverty alleviation work has entered an important stage of comprehensively consolidating and enhancing the effectiveness of poverty alleviation,and the situation and tasks faced are more severe.How to keep the bottom line of no return to poverty on a large scale and effectively connect with the development strategy of rural revitalization have become the focus of poverty alleviation work in China at present.As the elimination of absolute poverty is achieved under the strong poverty eradication policy implemented by the Party and the State,it has a strong policy.The population out of poverty and the population on the edge of poverty are generally vulnerable and marginal,so such groups are highly prone to return to poverty when they encounter sudden difficulties and other risks.Since 2021,China’s poverty alleviation work has entered a new stage of development,and the new period of poverty alleviation work is aimed at sustainable economic and social development and common prosperity for all people as the task goal.In conclusion,studying how to build a long-term mechanism for consolidating and expanding the results of poverty eradication is not only conducive to grasping more accurately the true connotation of Xi Jinping’s thought of precise poverty alleviation,but also conducive to resolving the current social conflicts at the grassroots level,effectively improving the quality of life of rural people who have escaped poverty,ensuring that they have a stable income,preventing large-scale return to poverty,promoting social justice,and laying a profound foundation for the successive promotion of rural revitalization.Based on the background of rural revitalization strategy,this thesis takes County G of J Province as an example and adopts thesis research methods such as literature research method and questionnaire survey method,combined with the application of poverty governance theories such as Marxist anti-poverty theory,vicious circle theory of poverty,sustainable development theory and human capital theory to conduct research and analysis.First,we summarized and analyzed the results achieved in the anti-poverty stage through the G County government portal site,and conducted field visits and surveys to understand in detail the development of its work on consolidating and expanding the results of poverty eradication and the initial results it achieved.Second,through questionnaires and household interviews,we analyzed the real-life dilemmas faced by the county in the process of consolidating and expanding the results of poverty eradication,and studied and analyzed the causes according to the dilemmas.After compiling and analyzing the research results,it was found that the real-life dilemmas faced by G County include the ineffectiveness of industrial poverty alleviation projects,the risk of returning to poverty for some households that have escaped from poverty,the lack of endogenous development motivation for some people who have escaped from poverty,and the need to improve the appearance of villages and the civilization of rural customs,etc.The main reasons for this are the weak ability of industry to create blood,the lack of ability to prevent and resolve the risk of returning to poverty,the lack of active awareness of escaping from poverty,and the neglect of local culture in rural governance.culture in rural governance.Again,on the basis of reviewing and organizing the relevant literature,we summarize and analyze the anti-poverty experiences of Zhejiang Province and Fujian Province in China,and the experiences of Brazil,Europe and the United States abroad,as well as the experiences of consolidating and expanding the achievements,and gain insights from the experiences.Finally,the long-term mechanism is constructed in terms of improving the dynamic monitoring mechanism for preventing the return of poverty in a diversified and long-term way,improving the mechanism of endogenous motivation to get rid of poverty and get rich,improving the mechanism of sustainable development of rural industries and establishing the effective interface mechanism between comprehensive poverty eradication and rural revitalization,and it is hoped that the research of this thesis can provide a certain guiding paradigm for the work of consolidating and expanding the results of poverty eradication in rural areas.
