Research On The Countermeasures Of College Students' Volunteer Service Development Based On Motivation

In recent times,voluntary service in colleges and universities is developing vigorously.College students'voluntary service has become an important part of the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and harmonious society in China.Therefore,it is of positive significance to study the motivation of college students voluntary service to accelerate the healthy development of the cause of voluntary service.Through reading relevant literature and interviewing some of the organization members who often participate in volunteer service,a questionnaire was designed to investigate some college students in jiangxi and Hunan provinces.The questionnaire adopts paper and network survey methods.The author encodes all valid paper questionnaires into the computer.SPSS19.0 was used for descriptive statistical analysis,anova and correlation analysis,and lisrel 8.80 was used for structural equation analysis.Also,combined with the data analyzed,this paper explores the relationship between college students'voluntary service motivation and voluntary service behavior,and seeks for countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the effective development of voluntary service.Through the research,it is found that college students'voluntary service is divided into five motives which are;self-improvement,career developmentseeking pleasureexternal environment andmaterial reward.In terms of demographic variables,there is no significant difference in the overall motivation of college students of different genders and grades to participate in voluntary service.However,there is no significant difference in the motivation of participating in volunteer service among college students with different political appearances and places of origin.In terms of personal factors,there are significant differences in the overall motivation of college students born in the 1990's and 2000 to participate in volunteer service due to different degrees of education and family education.There is no significant difference in the motivation of college students to participate in volunteer service due to the experience of student cadre.This may be because there are many daily affairs of student cadres,and most of the time they are occupied by daily affairs of the school.However,voluntary service is only a small part of the work of student cadres,and voluntary service is an occasional event,hence student cadres ignore the importance of voluntary service.Through further structural equation analysis,we found that the motivation dimension of volunteer service activities,the external environment and the pur suit of fun have a significant impact on the volunteer service behavior,while s elf-improvement,material return and career development have no significant im pact on the volunteer service behavior.The external environment and self-impro vement have significant influences on career development.According to the research results of this paper,we put forward Suggestions and countermeasures to promote the long-term development of college volunteer service in China.First,according to the different characteristics of college students,do a good job in the organization of college students'volunteer service activities,to meet the needs of college students;Starting from the innovative forms of volunteer service activities,enriching the content of volunteer service activities and increasing the recognition of volunteer services,we will stimulate the exemplary role of party members,mobilize the enthusiasm of student cadres to participate in volunteer service,and attach great importance to the role of family education,Combination of family education and school education.Second,the sound development of college volunteering is inseparable from the support of policies,funds and institutions.In terms of policy and system,establish a legal system to regulate,and in terms of financial support,expand the sources of funding.Third,expand the various forms of volunteer service propaganda channels,use new media methods to strengthen the promotion of volunteer services;Fourth,build a volunteer service platform and establish a volunteer service network.We can consider establishing a volunteer service center,establishing a volunteer service station,volunteer service team,and establishing a volunteer service information platform.Fifth,improve the incentive mechanism of voluntary service,give full consideration to emotional and moral incentives,We started to take incentives from the government level,the university level,and the individual level to increase the participation rate of volunteer services.
