College Students Volunteer Service Incentive Mechanism Construction

December 2013, China 20th anniversary of the development of youth voluntary service, the state revised the "China registered volunteer management approach", the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China promulgated the "China Youth Volunteer Action (2014-2018)", planning the youth volunteer service, reflecting the national attention on youth volunteer service. College students are the main force of voluntary service, Universities are the main position for Volunteer Service, the current number of volunteers is a huge number. It’s a must to make volunteerism as an important part of the ideological and political education into the school teaching, reflecting in the classroom teaching, extracurricular activities and social practice. However, there is a prominent feature of college student volunteers to participate with enthusiasm, but the high turnover rate of volunteers, and in the high participation rate, but the frequency of participation in a shorter time to participate. Volunteer service as a voluntary work, participation and withdrawal for no mandatory requirements of college students, so the establishment of volunteer service mechanism, a prominent problem is the incentive for the volunteers. Framework of this paper is divided into the following four parts:The first part reviews the different definitions of ethics, sociology, and political and ideological education for volunteer service. Volunteerism is reciprocity between the volunteers and the service object, rather than a completely altruistic activities, while helping to train college students volunteering social responsibility, community college students of the effective way in the service, college students with a strong the value of educating people. Simultaneous analysis of the historical evolution of college students volunteer service, each process has its own specific characteristics. Finally, it discusses the current main form of college students volunteer service.The second part is the theoretical basis of this paper. Analysis of the foreign "content-type" incentive and the "process" of incentive theory, and discusses the inspiration of its volunteers incentives. Meanwhile innovation will inspire contact social responsibility theory and Students Volunteer Service. And discusses the theory of self-motivation from their own point of student volunteers.The third part of this article describes the situation through questionnaires and interviews, in order to analyze the current status of students volunteer incentive to explore the results of students volunteer incentives China has made and the problems and causes arise.The last part analyses the objectives, principles of voluntary service. From the role of government, universities, social and self-motivation as four main mechanisms in the Construction of college students volunteering plays, according to self-motivation, organizational motivation, social motivation and incentive, put forward suggestions on the construction of college students volunteer service mechanism.
