The Design Of College Students' Voluntary Service Project From The Perspective Of Motivation Theory

The objective of this study is the design practice of social work project.The purpose of this project is to improve the design objectives,framework,content,process and evaluation of volunteer service projects through relevant research,with a hope to improving the project implementation effect.With the rapid development of our society,the level of civilization of which is enhancing year by year,and people's awareness of volunteer service has been constantly enhanced.More and more people desire to devote themselves to voluntary service.However,in terms of the current situation of voluntary service in China,there are some shortcomings,such as lack of effective guidance and supervision,lack of continuity of voluntary service,inadequate capacity-building and promotion of volunteers themselves,etc.Volunteer service also has the characteristics of short-term,conformity and so on.From the perspective of motivation theory,this paper makes a brief analysis of College Students inner needs and motivations to participate in voluntary service from three factors: altruistic motivation,expectation motivation and exchange motivation.At the same time,through interviews and surveys,this paper combines the problems and actual needs of college students in the process of participating in voluntary service,such as the inability of service content.Reflecting personal professional ability and needs,loose organization and management of service team,unreasonable design of service content,lack of innovation in volunteer service,imperfect incentive mechanism for volunteers,lack of effective evaluation mechanism for volunteer service,etc.,this paper summarizes and analyses the possibility of innovating the design of University Students volunteer service projects.Therefore,in order to respond to the motivation of college students to participate in volunteer service and to solve the current situation and problems summarized above,this paper responds appropriately from the perspective of volunteer service projects and service content.This paper takes the children's service for the migrants in Guangzhou as an example to design the University Students voluntary service project scientifically and rationally.This paper designs and studies the college students participation in the volunteer service for children in the following areas: volunteer recruitment,volunteer training,volunteer motivation,volunteer service content,and evaluation of the effect of volunteer service.Through the research of this project design,we can find that there are no perfect service items,contents and forms to meet the motivation and needs of college students to participate in volunteer service,but whether the project design is scientific and reasonable is one of the better ways.Therefore,in this study,the project design is to let the community know which parts are important in the needs of college students to participate in volunteer service,which key factors need to be considered in the project plan,and how we should construct more optimized and scientific volunteer service projects.The author hopes that by summarizing and summarizing the experience of volunteer service project design,it can provide corresponding reference for promoting the design mode of college students volunteer service project,scientific planning of volunteer service,and the development of volunteer service.
