Research On The Path Choice Of Rural Talent Revitalization In Shandong Province

Since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has attached great importance to the development of Shandong and put forward the goal of "two walking in the forefront and one creating a new situation in an all-round way".Talents are the key element of rural rejuvenation.therefore,it is of good practical significance to study the current situation and influence path of rural talent revitalization in Shandong Province for promoting the revitalization of rural talents in Shandong Province and better training all kinds of talents needed for rural revitalization.Exploring and innovating a more high-quality training mode of rural talents and promoting the revitalization of rural talents in Shandong Province has a good practical significance.First of all,this paper makes a descriptive statistical analysis of the survey data of urban and rural talents in 16 cities of Shandong Province,hoping to clarify the current situation of the revitalization of rural talents in Shandong Province.Secondly,by constructing the transmission path of rural talent revitalization in Shandong Province,using structural equation model（SEM）to carry on the empirical analysis of each influence path,to clarify the action mechanism of each transmission path of rural talent revitalization in Shandong Province.Finally,according to the current situation of Shandong rural talent revitalization and the results of the construction path,this paper puts forward targeted suggestions and countermeasures.The conclusions of the study are as follows:（1）the revitalization of rural talents in Shandong Province.Cities in different regions of Shandong Province decrease successively in the east and west of attracting and retaining various types of talents,and the employment situation of non-farm workers decreases from high to low in different measures from retaining,attracting and cultivating talents.（2）the path of non-agricultural employment.The non-agricultural employment situation has an impact on the revitalization of rural talents through indirect paths（talent introduction,talent training,talent retention）and direct paths.The direct path is that the non-agricultural employment situation of urban and rural talents has a direct effect on the revitalization of rural talents,and the indirect path is to have an indirect impact on the revitalization of rural talents through the introduction and cultivation of talents.（3）the path of introducing talents.Talent introduction has an impact on the revitalization of rural talents through direct and indirect（talent retention）paths,but the direct impact is greater than the indirect impact.The direct path is to play a direct role in the revitalization of rural talents.Talents in the employment region can be divided into urban and rural two platforms,the indirect path is that after systematic vocational training of operational skills,talents have a greater willingness to stay in rural areas,so as to retain rural areas and indirectly play a role in the revitalization of rural talents.（4）the path of cultivating talents.Talent cultivation has an impact on the revitalization of rural talents through direct and indirect（talent retention）paths,but the direct impact is greater than the indirect impact.The direct path is that the cultivation of talents directly affects the revitalization of rural talents,and the indirect path is that the cultivation of talents indirectly affects the revitalization of rural talents through the retention of talents.（5）the path of talent retention.Talent retention has a direct impact on the revitalization of rural talents,and there is only a direct path.（6）the influence on the revitalization of rural talents is in the following order: talent cultivation,talent introduction,non-agricultural employment and talent retention.In view of the above results,this paper puts forward scientific and reasonable policy suggestions for strengthening the revitalization of rural talents in Shandong Province from the aspects of construction mechanism system,industrial revitalization and guidance,talent model introduction,professional farmers training,talent environment optimization and human resources overall planning.
